She'll likely stop doing English streams if they stagnate in that manner, she needs to be challenged, ideally with something useful, like describing how to get to point B from point A, directions on how to get from Tokyo station to Tokyo dome or something. Combining pictures with questions would also be great, prepositions like where is the ball, is it on the table, below it, beside it etc. Or describing a scene with her own words, like give her a picture with a lot going on and ask her to describe to the viewers what the picture shows.
