All servants exist in the throne as a main. They get copied over before being summoned and it is the clone that appears. So you can literally imagine every Tamamo you see as a different clone of Tamamo. Using this logic if Clone A. Meets Hakuno and marries him, is Clone B. Also in that relationship? Obviously not. FGO'S tamamo is fully capable of living her own life, fall in love with whoever she wants, and it not affect Clone A. Either.
