It's interesting to see G.E.M. speak in both Cantonese and Mandarin. She was so serious thinking so hard about her health issues it's funny, lol. Yes, walking counts as exercise that's why I also try to walk more especially since I started working from home. Her Mom looks really young (look about in her 40's) and a lot like her. I wonder if her Mom can speak Cantonese too? I know her family is originally from Shanghai and moved to Hong Kong.
I agree with her Mom that sleep is very important and it's best to sleep before 11pm. I go to bed around 10ish and usually fall asleep close to 11pm, but I sometimes wake up at 4-5am automatically so I only get on average about 5-6 hours of sleep everyday and I get up early at 6/7am.

Actually, one point to make, a good friend of hers literally brought both GEM and her mom to the clinic. He does not show himself, but prefers a lot to be a shadow
