Be sure to replace that gasket seal on the cup. You may think hah it's going to be good and next thing you know is the cup will start leaking oil before the next oil change. Ask me how I know. And don't overthighten the cup, just snug or it will get stuck the next oil change. The rubber seal is enough to seal and keep the cup from loosening
You didn’t mention the drain plug at the rear of the oil pan. I followed your video and ended up overfilling by 1-2 quarts because I only drained at the filter.
Yes thank you- I’ve been waiting for this video - so it’s a 24 mm socket to loosen and to retighten correct ? So all the oils drains from filter ? No need to drain any oil pan ? And what’s the weight of the oil ? Thank you for any response
it's almost as if Hyundai went out of their way to make this as ridiculous as possible. Seems like they've been taking notes from the Germans. Good grief.

You have drain the oil pan too(17mm). 0w20 i think, it says what oil on the oil cap on all Hyundai's.
