I’ve been in Law Enforcement for 14yrs, have taken countless training/workshops on how to be a better Officer and better help my community. I can’t remember receiving one single training on how do deal with my job, on how to take care of myself after dealing with everyone else’s problems. Great video.

And thank you for your service too Dez because I know you likely don't hear that much and be safe.

Where I live if the cops get called on a possible suicide call, they just lock you up! Consider calling mental health professionals? What a joke. They don't want the "hassle ".
