Der 26. Noriker Hengstauftrieb 2018 in Rauris begeistert: Hier sieht man die Randordnungs-Rangeleien der ersten Gruppe, der "Althengste". 10 Salzburger Deckhengste zwischen 14 und 9 Jahren.
Nach etwa 1,75 Stunden haben die Tiere die Rangordnung fast vollständig geklärt und werden auf ihre Almweide geführt, wo sie die nächsten 2 Monate ihren Sommerurlaub verbringen.

Fredi Haslinger Thank you for the information. It’s lovely that the local people come to see the stallions before they go up the mountains to graze on the grass.

They let fight out the stallions who is the boss of this group so that they dont fight it out in the alps where it is to dangerous. After this they will spent together the summer in the mountains.
