Hi....I am 16 yrs old at present.....I want to take sanyas......I don't want to stuck in this materialistic world ......I want to live a life like many Rishis did as can be seen in Mahabharata.....and I want to attain enlightment....Can you please guide me on this and whats your opinion on this......and please do tell how should I convince my parents
If you are hindu, then do not!
Let me clear you.
Sanyas means renunciation. Renunciation from the pleasures of the world. Its called tapasya. You get enlightenment through tapasya or renunciation.
Now, in Hindu, God (krishna) has said - tapasya are of 2 types. Renunciation of world & Renunciation of fruits of your work. Both are equally great.
So Renounce the fruits of your work. Never think of any credit, or fruits, while working. That's the biggest tapasya you can do.
So do the duty of a householder, without thinking of fruits and when the right time comes, renounce the world. That's my advice.

I agree that Lord Krishna Ji said this but what about those Rishis who just walk away from their life to attain enlightment just meditate their whole life instead of doing anything else just devote their whole life to GOD I mean that can be also a way to attain enlightment but I think this can be also as Bhagwan Budh Ji also walked on this path and he was also the incarnation of Lord Vishnu Ji as Shri Krishna Ji was......So will it not be okay to walk on this path to attain enlightment so that we can leave this circle of rebirth
No, there is a time for everything. Sanyas is meant after Grihastha. That's what Hinduism says! Think about it - if we all went to the forest how will our nation and development prevail? Who will take care of your parents? Are you going to leave them for what they have done for you?
This way you will never be enlightend but will be trap in desires. Only after you get rich and enjoy the materialistic world you can truly retire - such as Buddha.

I am 17 right now. Honestly, I want this to be my final birth. I wish to attain enlightenment. I have planned that I will work hard till the age of 40 to gather lots of wealth and resources to support me wander anywhere in the world and then do Yoga to attain enlightenment. But I am not really sure if I would be able to find such gurus in my life or will I just fall into the trap of the Maya and be consumed by the endless cycle of birth and death. What do you think Suyash??
It makes me wonder how you have planned for future - as if you control time! The reality of the matter is we do NOT control time, anything can happen the next minute and you have already planned for the next 23 years?! How are you so sure that your goals will be same then? Can you be sure that you will stay alive by then? No! We cannot!
Therefore, pardon my harsh language but think for it yourself, only the present is in our control so let's do what we have to do NOW! Begin doing yoga and meditation, or you will be trapped in this veil for eternity.

A lot of people wana read them but because they are in Sanskrit and most of them doesn't know Sanskrit.Yes there are there Hindi English translated version available but as we all know that in translation usually people put other things also which ruins its true meaning😒

Here you have told us about how to acquire siddhis. But I sometimes think about how can they even exist. What I understand is: God is super consciousness. We, as non-enlightened beings, are just consciousness. The supreme consciousness created this physical existence just by his mere thoughts or imagination (or maybe something similar) as energy (shakti) follows the supreme consciousness. So, by doing yog, if are able to merge our consciousness even a little in God, we have the power to control shakti to some extent. And that some extent could be these 64 siddhis. This shakti itself defines the rules of this physical world. So it has authority to do something which seems impossible for these modern-day scientists. Osho said "science is rape of nature" I really hate the word "rape" being used here but it kinda does make sense. scientists are studying the various incarnations of energy, but these incarnations are mere imaginations of God. Even god doesn't needs to know (although he does) how shakti works. For example, I think, when someone chants mantra, again and again, he is actually imagining something to happen. When his consciousness keeps on thinking (or imagine or whatever) about it, that thing really does happen, without even knowing how! So after knowing all this, I believe, we should not be scientific about processes in nature. But yeah, thanks for this beautiful channel!

Muj mai darr baith gya h .. I started to search about removing fear. And i got in spritualism( after studying lot about fear and finally reached our holy books like gita , vedas ,saptsati) found there is endless way of enlighten and self realization. And i started to meditate on Gaytri mantra(japa yog) 108 times in a day. I do saptsati path also everyday . Finished one time 18 addhayyy(chapter) of gita and started again . My confusion is only that i don't hv any guru so how i will handle negtive side of dhyan( bcoz any yog whether jap or sidi or hath or any way of self realization, awaken kundilini which is not easy to handle and creates troubles while awakening). So i heard if we have guru then he guides us while awakening our shakti( kundilini) so we can finish our journey sucessfull towards self realization. I don't hv much knowledge . Plz guide
