I like that you’re not glued to your devices in your morning routine. Super important to switch off, especially if you work in an industry that is hyper digital focused. I need to get better about that myself. My non-negotiables in the AM are a quick dog walk, a big cup of coffee, and 30 minutes of sitting on the couch with my husband and our two pups, chatting about anything and everything.

My mornings are 6am starts, out the door by 6:20, at the gym by 6:30. Workout until 8, and then depending on the day, it's off to the office, or it's home to shower, breaky, and then work.

I really wish I was a morning person. Even when my health/nutrition/hydration/sleep are 10/10 I feel lousy first thing in the morning. It takes me a long time to wake up and feel human!
I wish I could be a morning person but I really can’t lol. My alarm is set at 8:20. I snooze and wake up at 8:35. I brush my teeth and do skincare until 8:45. Makeup til 8:55 and change clothes until 9. I throw food into my lunch back and leave my house at 9:05 to get to work at 9:30 lmao
