Best finals I've seen in AW. 4-1 Optic in a best of 2 series? FaZe is truly the better team IMO. Epsilon did amazing I mean they almost took out FaZe and Optic by taking them to game 7 round 11. Amazing tournament.

Game was epic. Faze did well and Optic did well too, everyone who says either team is bad is blind, anyone getting into the Finals is obviously amazing, both teams are very good and hopefully neither team makes any roster changes going into BO3.
GG's Faze they were the better team on the day. I don't know what else you guys want ( blood sacrifices from each Optic member?). I'm glad there's more than one team that is winning, which forces everyone to step their game up. World's is going to be awesome.
100%, I am a optic supporter but it was just so boring with them always winning , I always follow clay tho... and glad to see this faze team doing what it was put together for, and that was to beat optic. Creates competetion. Also this faze like up haven't been beaten by optic on LAN.

Some many people blamed nadeshot for optic not always winning, most of these maps karma and crim shit the bed big time. Karmas had it hard in this game but what's crims excuse. Faze deserve this win!

Robert Bower dude, Karma was PURE SHIT at AW, BO3, and IW. Scump, Formal, Crim, Clayster = best CoD team in history. Old comment, I know, but god it's infuriating that they cut Formal (arguably the best AR in CoD history) after a few poor placings, depite always being top 5 player), but were just fine with Karma's piss poor performance through all the movement games. Karma showed up ONCE, during IW champs, in 3 titles. Formal was carrying 90% of the time! Formal and Clay are top 5 ARs. Crim is not an AR player. Notice how Formal led the pro leaderboards in hill time as a bloody AR?? That's supposed to be Scump's role. Scump is the weak link in OG right now. Karma was constantly at the 0.5-0.75 K/D range on the movement games, which people defend. But these games were slay heavy, so low K/D is a detriment. These games also changed the way pros play for the worst, which is why we see old dogs constantly being dethroned by newbies. They've forgotten how to play non-movement games!!
Scump is really actually a solid AR these days, if OG would've allowed Scump to play AR or flex, he could be a monster again. He just doesn't have the reflexes to be a main AR anymore. The newbies are taking mainstage these days.

Optic pays money to steal players from other teams and they still can't win for more then a few minor tournaments, lmao. And the only reason they win those is because after they steal players the rest of the community needs to figure out who to team with. This is why CoD esports is a joke.

There will always be stupid fans. Me , I support Optic but I think Faze deserved this win for beating Epsilon. Usually one of those two teams plays flawless but this time Faze and Optic had some bad games to be fair.

Good games from both optic and faze, was hoping optic would win... one thing i noticed was that faze were more ready around corners than optic was, they would pre-fire around corners or would dash into corners before contesting, worked out for them in the end.
Is it so important to find team that always wins? In my opinion, it's more interesting to follow when there isn't one OP team.
Though Optic Gaming has been strong this year, it's exiting to watch cause other teams can also pull off.
I think e-sports will have a huge future ahead!

Karma isn't a Nade 😪 and Nade even went far enough to say that karma is better for the team. Like no Nade was a genius to the game, he was smart especially in objective games and clutch as hell in search. Hopefully he can come back if CoD ever goes back to boots on the ground only

Here's the fact, OpTic and FaZe are both incredible teams. Whenever OpTic loses " Oh my god they suck hahahahaha" which is untrue they are great and they have no excuse for losing except that they played worse and couldn't clutch up at all. But im sick of FaZe fans bashing OpTic whenever they lose!

+2familyguy Crim was Optic's OBJ even when Nade was on the team. Hell, even Scump did more objective work than Nade. Saying OG's problem is "slaying" is incredibly simplistic. They can slay fine. The problem is they're very one dimensional and rely too much on slaying instead of devising strats (particularly in SnD). The gap between Faze and OG is at its largest in SnD.

2familyguy I agree he would bring strats, but OG's other issue is that when the play Faze, Karma is the worst player in the lobby. Nade would be even worse.
Faze have four great players *and* strats. OG has the former, not the latter. With Nade, OG would have the latter, but no the former.
