Yes it is without question the most ugly form of corruption. Especially the confi funds under the offices of VP Sara. When asked by Hontiveros in the Senate as to specifically explained the usage of such allocation, Sara cited inanities that utterly failed and justify such budget.

Ngunit ung mga dapat sana mag implement ng batas ai sila ang number one violating/circumventing the law in favor of their caprechos. Sa govt natin kanya kanyang kampihan at takepan sa mga kamalian ginawa ng mga politikos. In most cases many of our politicians have no delicadesa.
