I honestly love the Japanese dub for Captain Torres. He just sound more like a madman who think he is invincible while the English dub sounds like he suffers a villainous breakdown.
I think his English version sounds more like having a mental break down. However that would probably be correct because he watches as his ship gets torn apart piece by piece and by 1 single plane. This might reminds hims about his past memory where his fleet (over 30 ships) get sunk 1 by 1 also by a single plane (Mobious 1)
Agreed, just as good as the English voice. Depends on what brand of insanity you like: true insanity like the Joker, or repressed insanity like a Bond villain.
