I have a theory: Amanda actually is Rebecca and is trapped in the game, slowly and mindlessly becoming a monster. Only Wooly knows and feels bad for her as she used to be fine, also is her friend who got trapped in there with herRebecca (Amanda) is recovering from her father’s disappearance and knowing that Hamlem( or whatever is company is called) killed him/took him. She let the monster take over her in chapter 1, but starts to come back in chapter 2. Plus, ofc the shadow side is the monster side :)
