Awesome memories made. Yes I know, it’s just an 11 year old. But he did amazing. Impressed that he didn’t showboat like I have seen many do. Personally, Probably the most fun years of my life was coaching my son from 3 years old to 13, then watching him through high school and one season of college, before he was injured badly. He was offered another scholarship for the next season, but he chose education at Texas Tech University instead, after questionable prognosis. We had always taught him that baseball would end one day and to have a plan. Now 31, married with a little boy himself and as successful in his engineering field as he was in baseball. I’m a proud father, but not just because of baseball. He carried his lessons learned onto life. The game teaches kids about teamwork, hard work and facing challenges. And makes many good memories to cherish too. Just last week my son and I were sitting on the porch having a beer and he said, wonder what would have happened if I hadn’t fractured my back, twice? I said I just know you were the best I had ever seen. Many excellent athletes get injured and move on. Many don’t have plan B and fall apart. You had plan B, and did fine. He was amazing then and still is as a young husband, father and son. I loved my daughters too and their softball and cheerleading, but the wife and I enjoyed the baseball the most. Lots of life long friends made for him and us.

You couldn't hit water if you fell out of a boat
@@ofox9659 how far do you think the fence is?
The second homer looked like the kid lobbed it up there like “ sure go ahead”
Great hits, but the kid was throwing like 42 mph
way! Like 23 mph.
the only time i hit a homerun in little league the outfield grass was so long they lost the ball in the grass
Kid has great burst into swing, shoulders open to pitcher and goes either way....wow man!
Bro those kids were throwing at like 50 mph any kid could hit a dinger off of that
Clutch 48 exactly I go against 70-80
I’m 13
Clutch 48 😂😂😂😂😂😂u trippin, most is 30mph
Clutch 48 nah that’s maximum 40
Majestic Judge same
Majestic judge I’m 11 and I go against 70 mph
Other team: We will beat them easily
This kid: *Hold my Capri-sun*
The most I’ve ever hit in a game is 69 so I’m pretty far ahead 🤣🤣🤣
@nst_ FIS it’s a joke
"when I was in the 8th grade I hit 14 dingers with a corked bat and never told anyone until right now"-riff raff......this kid can just flat out hit, timing, swing and weight path, full extension through the ball.
Great story thank you - my son is 11 now - what a ride it is
@@chavezvive4850 enjoy it and give him lots of love along the way
Is no one gonna talk about his bat? its legit illegal lmao no wonder he is hitting homers like that
What’s the bat called?
Is it the titanium one?
@@jacob845 yea
I'm curious I play 11u and people throw way faster and this is a tournament?
When I was 11 a few kids could sling 75mph this looks like softball
Booty GAwD damn where’s u grow up lmao
Nubian Emporer dame bro I would go to tournaments and they were throwing straight gas this is like batting cage pitching
@@sever427 What league was that, and age group? When I played there were A Group 8-9yrs, B Group 10-12yrs, Minors 13-15yrs, and Majors 16-18yrs in little leagues. When I played B Group only 10 and 11yr olds could pitch in that division. At 11yrs I threw 67mph and that was the fastest, in the biggest County in the US.
@@TheMaster5150 oh well i guess there was just one or two that could throw that fast.
Second pitcher was lobbing the ball
Re3kless called a curve buddy
Workingly nah all these pitches were slow for there leage
Workingly not s curveball at all look at the way he released the ball
What a stud! The first time grandpa said "this is unbelievable" (4th HR), you can hear when a man's pride in his kin takes root :D
Back in '74 when I was 12 I did three in a row in one game, but this fella has me beat! Great job buddy!!
The Mariners have already traded him to the Yankees.
trading??? you mean GIVING
Hitting a homerun is awesome
Hitting a flyball to the wall off the end is not
Dude not trying to be rude but he isn’t playing nobody there pitchers are throwing like 49
Ryder Chamblee dude he’s 11 not 15
KC MAYDAY so what it’s not impressive to hit a home run when the pitcher can’t even throw above 50mph. Bet my money on it that he can’t do that when the kids start throwing in the 90s
B The 90’s? They’re a long way from that. Just remember kid, the faster the ball comes in the faster it goes out.
KC MAYDAY at 11 o through 60 and I’m a catcher
Tyler Pearson but no one is going to correct him for anything for the future and he will struggle
Grandpa’s commentary was too funny😭😭😂 Kids insane btw
When my son played little league a few years ago he was coached by Cody Webster. Remember him? 1982 LLWS. Watch the ESPN TV/TH-cam special they did about him called Little Big Men. It will give the perspective that everyone needs to hear about little league.
Never heard a grandpa say “YeSsiR!”
It's a very grandpa thing to say.
Meat balls💀☠️
Kid has a nice swing. Pitching is awful.
Bet Dad never played an inning.
His swing is kinda ugly, yet the POWER he can generate with it is absurd, his swing makes him a strikeout or homerun hitter but it is a pretty decent swing
Glad we have some of the best scouts in the business to let us know what type of hitter he is, thank God for Jorge Garcia
No showboating. Wow, a kid that is humble and has integrity. I'm just gonna go out on a limb and guess that he's got really good parents.
The fence is short
Get Them kills 11u
11u lol why you jealous
