Thanks for this. Why not film from the outside in, through the windows, show how the bed folds into a settee, blinds are drawn or how to connect to water or power grid? And what material is used for cladding, insulation, glass cooling? And can solar panels be installed on the roof..? Andcwhat foundation is needed, or can it remain on trailer wheels?
This is a niche product. This is for an Airbnb on a Vineyard or on a lake or ocean view or a mountainside where privacy doesn’t matter because you are the only ones on the property. This isn’t your tiny home. Rich persons guest suite or exclusive Airbnb with a great location
As of August 11, 2023 The Price in CA now $90k. The small size of 120 sqf means u can drop it in just backyards without a permit. This has some tax advantages to not increase property tax. I hear Windows are like jets, can l stay cool because triple pane, can darken. Should be a split system inside.
I think you guys are missing the boat by not showing up front how privacy/window coverings will work. My first thought is who wants to live in a glass open house everybody can see into? You only show a vague reference to some sort of window coverings. I think you are totally loosing people by not addressing this up front and in greater detail!!! And where is the kitchen? Your videos need some work!!
I did not see a refrigerator, cooktop, oven, or microwave, just a sink and storage........ that does not make a kitchen. Fewer amenities than most hotel rooms. And I'm not sure about those big windows with that gauze-like curtain.
I don’t mind the big windows so much. I’m a bit of a exhibitionist anyways. But I too want to know where the fridge and microwave are. The website says it has some but every photo and video I look at just shows sinks and drawers.
I feel the same. My question is why is it always glass in modern design? Let's every beam of light in by day and every squirrel and peeping tom watch you sleep at night. Does it ever hail where these homes are? Finally, I hope you have a coupon for Windex because you'll need gallons of it.
Very pretty design, but impractical you lose a lot of space with the big picture windows on either side of the main living area. The kitchen is appalling with no way to cook anything or no outlets to plug appliances in.
Fir thos wondering the kitchen is Alexa equipped stove comes out automatically. The windows cam be blurred for privacy. I would rent out ly normal house and live in this in the backyard
Where is the toilet hooked up to? Does it need an already existing sewer system of another structure? Or does it just flow out and under/behind the micro-house? How secure are the huge windows, can they be easily broken into? How secure is the numeric based security lock? How does it function when there is a power cut? How easy/difficult is it to physically pry the door open with a crowbar? What about during flooding, is the house buoyant? IS it safe for people in case they are trapped in it? How is the ventillation solved? CO2 build up is a thing, so how does the design solve it? Does the AC bring in fresh outside air or does it just mix and cool the inside trapped air?
Looks great… will it hookup to solar? Also… those big windows right over the bed... How will there be privacy so I’m not watched during sleep/private activities 😂
Indeed. Nothing irritated more than the opening of all the drawers and yet no panoramic view of the bathroom, or bed being slept on, or coffee being brewed in the kitchenette-ette-ette😁, the drawing of the blinds, the lights on at night. The hook up to the grid and sewage... We would gladly fly out to film it for them for free... if they'd throw in one unit in barter 😉
Oh yeah I didn’t even think about that where/ how are you gonna eat? Guess they figured if u can afford $500 a sq ft you can probably afford to eat out everyday too 😆
Is this worth it? If I buy a property for 80k and use this to live in 🤔 Will it handle hurricanes what about flooding. Or should I take the 50k asking price and build a small home instead 🤔, and what would the price be to ship it to the Bahamas
In all honesty it’s probably not surviving A flood or hurricane but let’s be real neither is a 50k typical home. Also the price of lumber is so high right now I saw a guy build a good size garage that you could make into a little house and it costed him 59k in just the lumber so you still need a lot more brother
Buying a trailer is still better. Looks like it can get dirty pretty fast, mirror both sides looks stupid (no privacy). Plus no restroom with a bath or?!?!?
Better not be sunny. This design will fry your brains within 10 minutes the sun hits those windows. Better not have neighbors either, unless the shades are down most of the day... The design is quite lacking, the style is better than most though.
@@richlysmall but what's the point of such large panoramic windows if the shutters need to be down? With an exterior awning you can have it all: the view and the shade. Another issue with interior shutters or blinds is that heat will build up anyway, as the sun is already inside when it gets blocked.
@@richlysmall I'm curious about a few other details not shown in the video: Where is the toilet hooked up to? Does it need an already existing sewer system of another structure? This is stupid. I would rather trade fancy toilet and LED strips all over the place for a few more square meters of space. This is just a bedroom with a toilet. Not a house.
Afternoon naps would be AMAZING! Beautiful space.

I, truly love it! But it needs a 20volt upright fridge&a bathtub🛁💻🚐🍔🍟🦮🐈😭🥰😍.Oh! All off white interior 🎉

I’ve seen other videos with a microwave and mini fridge. They show the curtains down toward the end of this video.
I have drapes like this. Two layers of near sheer drapes. You can't see in, trust Mr. But lets light in.

very eerie choice of music .
I'm in love wow what can you say about this but wow.......
Thsese would be cool if u wanted to go camping and instead of being in a tent u cold sleep in one of these

this is a self contained tiny house almost like an RV. So it has tanks or hook ups.

What's the use of curtains
Theres a shade built in for windows and the micro doesnt have solar only battery, the 400 and 800 ft models use solar tho
Liked some of the design ideas. Didn't like the camera work, too much jumping around and repetition. Some zooms were too fast.

We have glass for that and anyone can put up some sheers.
Kitchen? Stove? Even if you were just heating water for ramen?
$220,000!
Hello I whent this in my contre
wow
Price list?
Where’s the A/C unit
but at 50 grand, how does that compete with boxabl, and even boxabl isn't that competitive.
It’s design is very unique and it has its own appeal. To each their own.
Are the windows electrochromic so that they tint for privacy?
the blinds are sliders coming from the ceiling.
I want one for my trip to the Moon, i hope there is enough oxygen reserve Lol!
lol. if only pods on the moon would look this good.
There's no place to sit except for the bed.
Yes the bed works as a sofa and bed. Since the house is small a lot of things are multifunction.
@@richlysmall well I have to admit that it's better than most studio apartments in Manhattan. 😀
I didn't see any plug-ins
receptacles are hidden around the house.
The pricing on these is absurd. There are much better designs for the square footage that include an actual kitchen and private bath....ridiculous.
how much ?
1 million
$60k for the base model
Just looking at this house it seems awesome at first flance but when u see the walk thru and realize its $500 per sq ft. I lost interest really quick.
I think they're encouraging us to build ours with less than £7000
Price
$60k for the base model
90 k now , for 60k i would
