You're looking great Justin! Wish I could see ya in person though. Perhaps this fall we can get together again? I miss ya brother! Cheers!!!!

Just drove over to LSG and ordered the exact same cooker you have. Its about a 4 month wait but thats ok. Several other cheaper options available but the LSG’s quality and track record is second to none. Met the owner. He walked me through everything. Im Excited!!! My wife, not so much!!!! Lol!!! 😎
I'm so glad that I ran into your channel. I'm having a really hard time finding more details on the Warming Oven actually used as a warming oven. Hopefully you can do one soon.
Finally got my LSG 24x40 offset and it’s everything you said in this video. This is my first offset and I was afraid. Big commitment but others have said the cheap ones make offset life miserable. But this is amazing. Learning the art of fire management is the best part. Would have never done this this if it weren’t for guys like you, T-Troy, and Grumpus. Love all videos you guys produce. Thanks!
BBM- I stumbled across your channel in search of Weber Smoke fire reviews. Inadvertently I watched the video, Hanging Ribs on the LSG and it was all over. I now have an LSG 24x60 w/ warming oven, Thanks to you BBM. Best decision ever.
Just saw your review for the fun of it because I already have a LSG 24x40 off-set smoker with stainless steel shelf, three thermometers, gas assist starter, counter weight door, ash pan and a charcoal grill grate rack inside the cooker fork making a couple of my paella dishes. I'll try to send pictures to your email address cause I don't see a way to add them here. Absolutely love this cooker and love your channel. Your reviews are honest and sincere. Thank you for doing this 2 year review. It confirmed a lot of what I am hoping for and the reasons I purchased a 30" vertical. Going into week 12 of the wait - and I am excited that it wont be long now until I get the call its on its way. I really enjoy your channel - great content.

Nice review. LSG makes quality products. I think I read where there are 4 or 5 coats of paint on them. The only part of your review that I take a small issue with is the way to clean the firebox. An ash pan that catches the ash that can be removed and dumped is a better option. I own a LSG large vertical smoker and love it. It will be around for decades it’s that well built.
Awesome "thumbs up" video for sure. Wow, that grill looks brand new after 2 years - that's a wow grill!!! And Justin, you look great, this video has amazing color - awesome video skills 😊 This definitely is a huge thumbs up 👍👍👍👍👍
Baby Back Maniac I was kinda hoping to hear there was some 200 in there too :) That orange/red brush at the beginning is a really beautiful color on that silicone brush!
Great 2 yr review and explanation of each component. Ball valve is a definite must. I didn’t realize it was a H2O cooker as well. Dang it Justin - now you got me wanting one.
I think it’s important when you are spending this much money to get the pit that fits your lifestyle. If you are busy, you’ll never get a chance to use this one so yeah, wait till live slows down.
Great Video man. Came across as someone who is just over the moon with his grill and wants to share it rather than an infomercial. Not an offset guy myself, I am a Kamado smoker , Love my Primo Oval XL400, but I appreciate a well made grill!
I'm thinking that I want one of those pits in a few years when I can afford it. It looks like it's holding up to the elements great, and I've never seen an unfavorable review of any Lone Star Grillz product. Thanks for bringing us this video and I'm glad you appear to have your normal energy level back. I also hope your wife really likes brisket; it makes for totally different theme music (bow-chicka-wow-wow … wow). It's good to be the King.
It’s a beautiful cooker, my beautiful friend. Someday I’ll have to get one (maybe a smaller one haha) to review for my channel. And the line about the wife turning to you and saying “ you smell like brisket” well... that might as well be the title of my memoir. Wonderful video! - EJ
Great review I see it has wheels which means it can be moved easily. The way you have it all put together is amazing the upgrades really completes the smoker.
Excellent video really appreciate it, I Love the fact that you mention the tuning plates because so many people think that they can run these smaller offsets smaller than yours without diverter plates across the bottom to carry that heat through to the stack they'd rather sit there and add one little stick at a time every 10 minutes and not have a real fire going That's the whole idea so you can have a real fire going divert some of that heat at the same time have equal temperatures and smoke For a great BBQ
I have been doing BBQ on a $100 Weber Kettle my hole life. My wife just bought me a Lone star Grillz 20" X 32" offset smoker. Im so excited i dont know what to do. I have to wait 12 to 14 weeks.
Looks pretty good, my homemade stick burner needs a coat of paint every year if I want it to look nice. If I had better access to cheap splits, I would use the stick burner more often, it makes the best smokes. That Lonestar Grill will last a lifetime. Good review.
Man, I’m right there with you on the midlife crisis. Just got a new job and with a big pay increase and my wife asked me what I want to get with my 1st bonus. I know she was expecting me to show her a sports car or something but I showed her one of these smokers instead and she just shook her head. We’re NJ Italian-Americans and she just doesn’t get the whole smoking meat bbq thing!
Nice to see how well the pit is holding up over 2 years of use. I'm 11 weeks in waiting for my LSG 36" offset cabinet with off road package, it's gonna be FUN! Cheers!
Always great vids Justin, production quality is top of the pile - much better than most! Just need to put them out more often and get those subs numbers up 👍👍
Hey Justin. I finally have a LSG coming soon. I went all in with the 24 x 84” trailer pit. Very excited about it. Only issue right now is the lead time is 20 weeks☹️. Looking like an awesome X-mas though. Thanks for the video. I know its a few years late but, FYI - I’ve watched this video quite a bit. Have a great weekend.
Nicely done, Justin. As always, I love the quality of your videos. I’ve had my LSG for 26 months now and still get a little giddy when I fire it up. Your review was spot on and pretty much mirrored my experience with my LSG. I’ve got a little more rust on my fire box than you, but I’ve tested some excessive fires, so I can’t ding LSG for that. If I may suggest… I’ll bet you could drill out those rivets for your SS Logo, touch up the paint, and remount with SS screws (maybe put a SS washer as a spacer between the logo plate and the box to prevent future moisture build up and rust). I’m close enough to visit Chris and Amber on occasion, and they still greet and treat me the same as when I first met them. I would buy anything from these people! Great review Justin. Gotta go… wifey just got home… “Hey honey… Justin smells like BBQ too……..” 😂😂😂
Great video, brother 👍🏼. Incredibly detailed and well done as always. Good to see you. I’ll call this week and catch up. It’s been a long couple weeks for me. Blessings 🙏
Good question. Honestly, I installed them according to the instructions and haven't really messed with them since except to occasionally clean them. I don't know how they would influence flavor but since I haven't tasted it without them, I can't answer your question. Sorry. I will say this. They are nice thick pieces of metal that set in place well. very robust and they are included with the 24 " pits. Hope this helps.
Awesome Video as usual thank you, mine on the way, can't wait to season it :) it will be very helpful if you do a video about fire management and temperature control for low and slow cooking on this pit, appreciate your work man keep it up.
What does hanging ribs in the warming box do to the fire box? How do you clean grease out of the firebox after cooking in the warming box? Great video, thank you!
Justin, Have you ever considered getting a Masterbuilt Gravity Series grill/smoker? I returned my SmokeFire to Weber shortly after you did, and was going to replace it with a CampChef Woodwind pellet cooker, but fortunately, I found the MB 1050, got it, and have never looked back! You should give it a try.
Hey Papa Maniac, great video on the LSG offset!. I hope you don't mind a complicated question. But here goes - 1) In your opinion, what's difference between your offset and a LSG cabinet offset? and 2) Is it possible to cook at different temperatures in the warming oven (350-400 for beer can chicken) and the main cooking chamber (275 for brisket)? Thanks for any insight. Stay healthy and keep cooking on the LSG!
Great video Justin! Was glued to every second of it. You know how I feel about Lone Star Grillz and my offset. It will always be my favorite above anything else I own, but man I sure do like the addition of that warming oven. Super nice pit!
Glad you enjoyed it! I just referred another commenter to your pizza video. He was asking if I'd ever done one in the firebox and I said "Nope...but my buddy Rus has!"
I remember when you got that Lone Star Grillz Pit Justin, it still does look good, even the minor light flaws. If your wife still is close to you after brisket, she is a keeper, she may even dab a little brisket grease behind her ears as perfume to make you do more honey-do items around the house. Its nice to see you put out a vid, keep it up. P.S. Can’t wait for the Olympics next year to see what event you will be doing. J
I am getting my LSG 20” series offset today. I have some wood for a few cooks but where do you regularly get good wood (green or seasoned) for future cooks? Do you just drive around for fallen trees? I always enjoy your content and look forward to future videos
Hey Logan, your best bet is to use Craigslist and search for "Firewood." You'll want to let the person know that you're cooking with the wood, so you'll only want fruit woods and hardwoods. No spruce, pines, furs, or gums. Just about everything else should work well for BBQ. Oak, hickory, pecan, maple, apple, pear, cherry, walnut, mesquite, alder, ash...all great woods for cooking BBQ. In my area I pay about $200-300 for a full cord which is 18" wood splits stacked in a 4'x4'16'. I know that some places wood is quite a bit more expensive, but what I'm paying seems to be around the average that I see when discussing the pricing with people around the country. Good luck with your new LSG offset and take some good time to figure out fire management and chase that "thin, blue smoke."
BBM, I always enjoy watching your entertaining (and honest and helpful) videos, much appreciated. I just ordered my LSG 24x40" and wanted to ask, for the back yard cooker, would you still recommend the split top shelf? For all the cooking you do, are you still like "so glad I got this split shelf?". Thanks.
great review.Have you chg'd your mind re:Weber pellet smoker.I know "Trendkill BBQ"had problems but worked with Weber and has now built it in cabinet in his outdoor BBQ area,Says it just cooks too well and easy
Knocked it out of the park again, Justin. I’ve been weighing the purchase of an offset vs a Santa Maria grill for some time, and I’m deterred only by the occasional appearance of SWMBO. She’s a veterinarian, so I’m truly married to a castrating female, and I have to watch my step. Also, my back deck Is currently home to a Weber gas grill, a Weber charcoal kettle, a Weber Smokefire and a Big Green Egg. And then, after I get the offset or the Santa Maria, what will I want next? Ah, decisions, decisions. Thanks for another great video
A great video. Something you've got to understand about an offset or any smoker/grill painted with high temp. grill paint is that it's not the same as Weber powder coating and doesn't stand up to time as well. I've got an old Brinkmann SmokeNPit offset smoker that's 20 years old. I've had to replace the charcoal/wood grates, I've had to replace the original wooden slat work surface a few times, and just recently I had to replace the original wood/steel handles with spring handles that look just like yours. I've also had to repaint it multiple times and sadly, I don't think you're going to find a cure for the rust under the handles or in your sign because there's no way to repaint under the handles or the sign. That being said, if well cared for that smoker should be a lifetime piece of equipment and unless you go pro you should never need anything bigger. Keep up the good work Justin.
First - love the channel, and admire your talents. Envy. Second - I purchased an almost identical (24x36) cooker; all the same features. Including the warming oven. Thanks for being the one that helped educate me on this. Last - Chris and the LSG team truly seem like a great group, and awesome company. Please pass this along if you can. Since your channel converted me into a customer. Pit arrives around Sept-Oct. can’t wait. Will update when it comes in. Oh - one question; have you used the warming oven as an actual oven? Thinking a baking video might be interesting. I’m wondering if the radiant heat at the bottom, with the damper plate installed, might create an issue for burned bottoms. But, who really cares. Just curious! It seems like it would crush it on pizzas, rivaling a kamado-style cooker. Thanks again.
Hey Daryan, I'm glad the reviews helped. I freaking love this offset and I think you will too. Ironically, I've never tried baking with the oven. I need to add that to the list. Have a great rest of your weekend. Thanks alot for the nice comment. Justin
I have a Shirley Fab Cabinet Door Smoker and in my opinion they're the leading builders with the quality and price point you can't beat them at any level
Really good review, Justin. I've had an LSG Adjustable Grill & Smoker since March, and I've cooked on it every night except when it's 115° outside. It's just outright fun to cook on. I sold my PK-360, not because it wasn't any good, but because I no longer needed it, because the Adjustable is like a Santa Maria and you can bring the fire up within about 3" of the meat. It can also be used as a vertical smoker, an offset smoker, or a stick burner. Like you, I am so glad I bought it. LSG is great to work with
As far as I remember I just found your Channel and I am impressed with your Channel and information I subscribed because I am going to buy a Lonestar offset Smoker, this is the model I'm looking at purchasing. Thank you for sharing your talents and recipes Bob Cooney Salt Lake City Utah Good luck in the future...
Loved this video Justin! Do you find that much of a taste difference between charcoal on another smoker, than with the logs on the offset? I know Aaron Franklin says there’s no other way,. I have a LSG mini insulated smoker and I love it! Just wondering if there’s that much of a taste difference? I’ve got the same thing said to me by my wife also, you smell like brisket. It helps me sleep really good on those nights!
Amazing shape for two years. I would buy if I had the cash. I’m a welder and was wondering if you have a favorite homemade reverse offset smoker that I could get some ideas from. Thanks in advance.
Very cool, great walk through. I have an LSG offset on order and cannot wait to get it. Keep reminding myself that it is being fabricated for me and I gotta be patient...lol
Hey Justin, I'm from Louisiana and was in Houston this past Tuesday and actually drove up to Willis,TX and had a chance to talk with Chris. I was convinced and actually placed my order for the exact size as yours with warming oven. I had a question is your front stainless shelf 10" like it comes or did you extend it a little? It looks like your shelf is maybe 12". I was just wondering. Thanks for all your cooks on it, that really made my decision on choosing this smoker. Oh by the way being able to touch and lift the door and seeing the build quality that thing a BEAST I TELL YOU!! THANKS
@@travisgary6519 Hey Travis, I'm glad my videos helped. Yeah, it's extended to 12 inches. I think that's the sweet spot for having room to work yet not feeling like your too far away from the cooker
Great video and appreciate your honesty. One question I have, you mentioned about your wife saying you smelled like brisket but I am looking at the newer LSG Adjustable Charcoal Grill and Smoker. I have a Weber Performer and enjoy cooking on it but I have to admit I come away from the cooking smelling pretty bad which makes me not want to use it. I can't go to Home Depot or the grocery store if I am cooking on that as I smell pretty bad. Do you get the same effect cooking with the LSG?
What a beauty. And your channel is blowing up man.... Almost 100k...Congrats!!! Just remember: I was here way back when u thought the bayou offset was the best thing ever 😜😊😉
Late comment, but might help. There is rust in the handle because there is carbon steel touching stainless steel. Galvanic corrosion, the less noble metal will always corrode and paint isnt enough mitigation. A silicone gasket might work as sufficient electric insulation. On the art part, the issue with rust is due to the lettering, intricate shapes and sharp angles. Crevices are not good for corrosion resistance as well. I have seen spray paint up to 1100 deg F, that might help, or high/ultra high/extreme temperatura grease (a thin later should work). Very nice videos! My Weber Summit E6 arrived Friday and Saturday i tried my first brisket ever. Turned out good, I graded as 8 but everybody else said it was a 10 (maybe for the effort, at least haha). Cheers!
Suggestion for your metal art. Drill out the rivets and use stainless bolts and nuts. You would be able to see the bolt head or nut but, you could take it off to touch up the paint from time to time. You could even add a stainless steel spacer to give it a little stand-off and that would help it not rust as much. You are experiencing metal electrolysis I think. Just and idea. Love the video and the cooker
First, I enjoy watching your videos and learning. I've learned quite a bit about grills, smokers, and a few techniques as well. I have a question for you. I've heard you say some time ago that if you could only have 1 grill it would be the Summit Charcoal. Do you still feel that way two years after owning your LSG? I know one is a Kamado style and the other is an offset smoker. However, both of the grills seem to be incredibly versatile and high quality so you can cook in multiple ways. I am asking because I'd like to make a purchase but buying both is not in the budget at the moment. Currently, I have a Weber Performer thst I use for everything and a Weber 18". I definitely want to do more smoking in the future than I do now.
If I could only have one pit it would definitely NOT be a stick burner. First pit would would be something a little more versatile and faster to cook with like a kamado...this would be the second one though.
@@BabyBackManiac, thank you for the response and for the advice. I realized after the fact that I used incorrect terms like "grill" instead of proper, general terms like "pit"or "cooker". Sorry about that. I use my Weber Performer for grilling, smoking, and roasting. However I want to upgrade to a little larger cooker, one that is, even more flexible, and something that just represents an upgrade. I'm not at all interested in pellet grills, so my lead candidate had been the Weber Summit Charcoal for a while. The other cooker I had started to consider is the LSG offset as I have always wanted a traditional smoker. Given your thoughts and some reflection, I have eliminated that as a next purchase. That said, I've also become smitten with LSG's Adjustable Grill and Smoker. Since you know Chris and have visited the store, do you have any thoughts on this grill?
Lone Star Grillz is awesome and seems like they thought of everything To solve the handle corrosion, you can compress the spring to take it off and touch up the paint. It should work!
I have the same cooker without the warming box... I wanted the the warming box real bad, but was already way over budget according to my accountant (wife)! I love the cooker, only thing I didn't like is that I had to zip tie a steel rod to my counter weight to lighten up the single door... and I'm not a little fragile kinda guy. Someone missed something in production cause before I added the weight my wife could barely even open the lid... No big deal, one of these days I'll cut off the end, slide in some round bar, tack it and weld the end back on.
Dude your channel is awesome. Quick q for you, on the fence about getting a Weber Summit Charcoal, I was about to get one but then saw comments about the M1 from M Grills and it looks dope for smoking and the Santa Maria style crank for searing but I fear it will not be as convenient as the Summit. Some of your vids when smoking brisket on the Summit don't show too much of a smoke ring, but wanted to ask you if that it's a huge deterrent, and the whole smoke leak thing you talked about. Definitely love all the conveniences of the Summit and looks to be a do it all grill but the smoke ring thing kind of worries me. I'd appreciate your thoughts on this. Thanks for all the great content man. Cheers!
Thanks for the update review! I ordered the 48” also. But I keep wondering if I should upgrade to the 60” for the whole hog reason. What size hog you think you could fit on the 48”? Thanks!

I also hope your wife really likes brisket; it makes for totally different theme music (bow-chicka-wow-wow … wow). It's good to be the King.
Your comments ALWAYS make me laugh man
@@BabyBackManiac We could all use a little more laughter these days. Take care, Justin.
I have an large IVS and love it. All of there pits are awesome!!! Great video sir!!
They do great work
It’s a beautiful cooker, my beautiful friend. Someday I’ll have to get one (maybe a smaller one haha) to review for my channel. And the line about the wife turning to you and saying “ you smell like brisket” well... that might as well be the title of my memoir. Wonderful video! - EJ
Lol. You are so funny. Lucky my wife smells like potato salad so we are a good combination.
I thought EJ would smell like ribs 🤔💭
Jeff Haddox I smell of meat from every animal.

Great review I see it has wheels which means it can be moved easily. The way you have it all put together is amazing the upgrades really completes the smoker.
Yeah, I love the casters on this. Make it easy to move and they don’t rust and mark up the patio. Thanks for watching, Ken
Excellent video really appreciate it, I Love the fact that you mention the tuning plates because so many people think that they can run these smaller offsets smaller than yours without diverter plates across the bottom to carry that heat through to the stack they'd rather sit there and add one little stick at a time every 10 minutes and not have a real fire going That's the whole idea so you can have a real fire going divert some of that heat at the same time have equal temperatures and smoke
For a great BBQ
I have been doing BBQ on a $100 Weber Kettle my hole life. My wife just bought me a Lone star Grillz 20" X 32" offset smoker. Im so excited i dont know what to do. I have to wait 12 to 14 weeks.
Weber kettles are awesome. You are going to love the smoker. Congratulations on winning the wife lottery!!! lol
Looks pretty good, my homemade stick burner needs a coat of paint every year if I want it to look nice. If I had better access to cheap splits, I would use the stick burner more often, it makes the best smokes. That Lonestar Grill will last a lifetime. Good review.
Thanks Crunch,
Yeah, stickburning is the best if you have the time and the temperament for it. Thanks for stopping by.
Another nice review Justin...Wish you would drop a new one more often...
Thanks Billy. Been a tough summer. More coming...
Great video!! Pit looks amazing, I have the LSG 20X36 offset and absolutely LOVE IT!!!! Those folks at LSG are so amazing to deal with
Awesome review on that cooker. I've been looking at these for some time, just haven't pulled the trigger yet.
I understand. It’s a huge investment
Glad to see you back doing videos!
Glad to be back, Jay!
Hello Justin! So when is the whole hog video? That LSG sure seems like it is serving you well. Take care buddy!
Not sure yet but I really need to do that.
Rest Video... I do agree that these LoneStarGrillz hold up to the test of time!! It’s hard to beat the flavor you get from a stick burner!!!
Awesome review! I’d love to have a stick burner, maybe Santa will bring me one. Lots of good info here and well presented as always, thanks
Thank you, sir. Appreciate you watching. Good luck with Santa
Great review of the LSG. I so need to add an off-set smoker to my collection. Having cooked on T-ROYS LSG, I can say they’re great cookers.
Right on, James. I hope you get one.
Wish we could get these in the uk! Great to see you back!
Thanks Terry.
“ This is my mid life crisis “ 😂 That thing is definitely the corvette of cookers. Badass!
Thanks Chef. Yeah, it's great.
@@charlestruppi7793 lol. I love it
Nice to see how well the pit is holding up over 2 years of use. I'm 11 weeks in waiting for my LSG 36" offset cabinet with off road package, it's gonna be FUN! Cheers!
Very nice! You are going to love it!
Always great vids Justin, production quality is top of the pile - much better than most! Just need to put them out more often and get those subs numbers up 👍👍
Thanks Kevin. Appreciate the kind words
You are going to love it, man. That's awesome. Congratulations. I can't wait to see the videos. Hope you guys are doing well.
Pit looks fantastic. Great review of her. One day I'll get one.
Thanks for watching, RNew
Love the intro. The "rack" focus on the baby backs...Lol! Man, I would love that smoker. Great video as always.
Thx man
I have the 20x30 and love it. The log basket is a game changer. What do you use to clean the outside.
Every now and then I wipe it down with oil but usually just a wet rag.
Built like it was made from the Industrial Revolution era! Thanks for sharing!
My pleasure. Thx for watching
Gotta go… wifey just got home… “Hey honey… Justin smells like BBQ too……..” 😂😂😂
Thx for the suggestion! Have a great rest of your week!
Great video, brother 👍🏼. Incredibly detailed and well done as always. Good to see you. I’ll call this week and catch up. It’s been a long couple weeks for me. Blessings 🙏
Cool, man. Can't wait!
Great review, but I'd like to know more about the tuning plates, how you use them, do they influence flavor like a reverse flow, etc
Great suggestion! Thanks for watching. You are going to love that pit.
Great review vid Justin, appreciate your honesty. Glad to see your summer is getting better, hope the rest of your summer is tops. Cheers.
Thanks, you too!
Great video! Really loved all the camera work!
Thanks Tyler. Canon 90d for the win. Lol. Hope you are doing well.
What does hanging ribs in the warming box do to the fire box? How do you clean grease out of the firebox after cooking in the warming box?
Great video, thank you!
Justin,
Have you ever considered getting a Masterbuilt Gravity Series grill/smoker? I returned my SmokeFire to Weber shortly after you did, and was going to replace it with a CampChef Woodwind pellet cooker, but fortunately, I found the MB 1050, got it, and have never looked back! You should give it a try.
Thanks for the tip, Lynn. I've heard a lot of good things about that cooker
Great review on your unit. Now to convince my wife that we need one when we retire. Love the videos.
Don’t wait. Get it now. You’ll be glad in more ways than one.
Great video. I have been waiting excitedly for it to drop. I keep telling myself I don't need an offset...but I think I may have to get one.
Thank you, Doug. I appreciate you watching.
@@BabyBackManiac Awesome, thanks Justin!
LOL! Thanks for the great comment. Means alot when people watch my stuff. Alot of folks never saw that one.
I am getting my LSG 20” series offset today. I have some wood for a few cooks but where do you regularly get good wood (green or seasoned) for future cooks? Do you just drive around for fallen trees? I always enjoy your content and look forward to future videos
I'm not sure where you live, but around here I can always get wood from Academy.
No kidding? I thought he took that back? I like his videos.
Would love to see more cooks on this brother, I have one..... it’s time consuming but dang, it’s worth it.
Thanks for the great review am looking at the same pit.
Hope you enjoy it!
Hey Daryan,
I'm glad the reviews helped. I freaking love this offset and I think you will too.
Ironically, I've never tried baking with the oven. I need to add that to the list.
Have a great rest of your weekend. Thanks alot for the nice comment.
Justin
Awesome review of that offset appreciate vou sharing and looks like a beast...what is the most you have ever smoked on that at once?
Very good video. I’m in the hunt for a cooker and this is at the top of the heap.
Your LSG looks brand new. How do you clean and maintain it, inside and out. Thanks in advance and by the way- Great Videos keep em' coming!!!
LSG is great to work with
I have always wondered about that cooker. Glad you found one you love too.
As far as I remember I just found your Channel and I am impressed with your Channel and information
I subscribed because I am going to buy a Lonestar offset Smoker, this is the model I'm looking at purchasing.

Thx Bob. You’ll love it. Tell Chris and amber I said hi
For reverse flow I'd check out Shirley Fabrication. They seem to do great work and seem like good guys.
Very cool, great walk through. I have an LSG offset on order and cannot wait to get it. Keep reminding myself that it is being fabricated for me and I gotta be patient...lol
Great Video! There build quality is the best around hands down!
Totally agree, Travis. They have this down.
@@BabyBackManiac Thanks! Can't wait till it's done! Should be ready towards the end of December, it's gonna be a long 18 weeks!
I would love for you to do a video sometime about how you clean your cookers. The shelf on that Lone Star looks spotless!
For the price that one was hard to beat. Lol. Thanks for being here all this time, buddy
@@BabyBackManiac You made me want one for sure! Still my all time favorite BBQ video.
@@Texas2.5 That's really nice of you. Thanks
Thanks for the suggestion. I like that idea a lot
What a nice Grill! Thanks for the honest review!!
Thanks for watching!
A lone starz offset is my bucket list smoker. One day man....one day...
Thank you again for sharing your knowledge and consistently putting out high quality videos.
@@Shermdiggity No worries. I've never used the adjustable pit so I can't say much about it. If you get it, let me know what you think.
Lone Star Grillz is awesome and seems like they thought of everything
To solve the handle corrosion, you can compress the spring to take it off and touch up the paint.
I’m glad you found a work around but that sucks. My wife could lift mine so something is off
Dude your channel is awesome. Cheers!
Love the Lonestar offset!
Robert Bouch thanks Robert. Me too!
Thanks for the update review! I ordered the 48” also. But I keep wondering if I should upgrade to the 60” for the whole hog reason. What size hog you think you could fit on the 48”? Thanks!
