TMNT 4, Super Shredder: Hard mode, No deaths

Oh boy this one took a while, it just takes precise timing and it helps if you jump before he attacks so you can get at him right after he does his attack

The problem with jumping like that is that you'll occasionally get hit by his freeze attack. However, it's better than potentially getting one-shotted by that green ball if you stay on the ground!
