The Rio is Kia’s combatant in the Ford Fiesta-dominated supermini market.
With an attractive tiger-nose front-end and Kia’s sought after seven-year warranty, the Rio will be an appealing proposition for those who want something other than the Renault Clio, Vauxhall Corsa or indeed the Ford Fiesta.

We bought our Rio in 2016. Its been a good buy. We love the Air Con in the Summer. The only negative is the poor rear visibility.

Kia is the most reliable car ever made there is no end to them. I've been driving a Kia Rio 2004 estate and it has never let me down.

Just got an automatic 2014 Rio. very excited
It is getting sligtly boring to hear the Ford Fiesta mentioned as the class leader or reference point in every single review of a B-segment hatchback by a UK motoring journalist.
The Fiesta is getting old now, and it does not really stand out from all the other models in its class. Its just one among more than 10 different choises in the class, all of which are in fact pretty good.
Honda fit is the new champion. Not fiesta.
Deservedly so, it's definitely the best handling hatch in the class and I don't think it looks bad either. I'd have to disagree with your Honda comment, in the UK, the Honda Fit (Jazz) is seen as a bit of an old woman's car.

The Fiesta is stylish, but the handling and driving pleasure are unmatched in the supermini segment. Deservedly so it's the reference point.
