Totally. And that is what it's all about. The female trainer was defensive from the start. I don't think she understood how crazy technical the one arm was. Anyone with decent knowledge saw right away that there was a master at work.

His strength is ridiculous for not being a monster huge guy. He's not even maxing out, and doesn't appear to be straining. I can't imagine there are more than a couple guys in the world his size who can lift as much or more. Absolutely crazy power/strength. I just hope he stays healthy and does not hurt himself.

@@johns7530 I watched him lift with Larry Wheels from a video almost 2 years ago. He was super strong back then but seems to have gotten a lot stronger since then. I don't recall him lifting that much weight with one arm before like in this video, maybe he has though in another video but I haven't seen it.

best trainer I ever had was in 2018-2020 (retired during covid shutdown), he was in his 80's, looked like a typical old man at the gym with knee socks and shorts, glasses, etc, but knew every technique, how every piece of equipment worked, etc. I learned a lot from him. Looks arent everything and Anatoly showed that

I love when I see Anatoly with his professional side kick, "grandma", she is great. Also with some celebrity power lifter - i did not recognize but onlookers, they did. I love your vids. I am also a international powerlifting and my heart goes boom boom boom when they underestimate you ;-) So cool.... In my beginning i had also always been the smallest and weakest guy in the gym and no one took me serious. Today i am international one of the best bench pressers international and i still love it, when the guys in the gym undererstimate me *hahah*

@@andreasoberg2021 Lots of guys on youtube doing 1 arm pullup, just search for it and you will find plenty of demonstrations. Most people cannot, but some guys who train well and are lean can.

@@ChristaraspapI know I was just joking. I tried for a while to do it but never could. I could do 16 normal pull ups and 13 one armed push ups, but I could never do one armed pull ups. My arms were never that strong, chest was much better so that is probably why.

He motivated me to want to dumbbell row with a barbell. Trying to control and balance the bar has actually helped quite a bit with my grip.
I'm not quite ready for the one-armed clean and press yet, but it's on the list.
