It's scary how much you can get attached to a fictional character, but I really don't care to be honest, whether they're real or not. Everyone needs someone to be attached to and someone to ground you when you're feeling down.
She made me learn music theory, and try to replicate music like hers. But, I couldn't, it's something Kanade or the real composer behind it that makes it impossible to copy in a "capturing feelings" way. Which is why, Kanade is easily one of the most emotional luring characters ever, it's all because of her music. There is like a hidden message in all of her songs, as if she's not only trying to save people, it's to also reach her parents. She sacrifices in order to make up to her "faults" even though it is not. She yearns to save others like Mafuyu, people across the globe, because she couldn't save her mom since she was just young and carefree. She keeps trying and trying, even if her music will not touch people's hearts, I truly admire her for that. The saying goes, "theres a purpose for everything," which is true because it hints at her dad being hospitalized. If he was satisfied with his work, Kanade would not be saving hundreds of people right now in the Project Sekai world or even in real life. It's as if-she makes music which looks like it has words and phrases. She uses these virtual instruments, to make people hear her comfort for others, in the case, saving them. I love you Kanade
Kanade’s songs are so beautiful. The way people in-game describe her music to be lights in the dark or the hope in the midst of despair is reflected so well in her music. For someone who described to be practically loved by music itself, I’m glad Kanade can make music like this
i am the BIGGEST fan of 9:55 its literally one of the hardest songs ever written and it plays for like half a minute while your reading the event story, the rest of the songs feel more mellow and calming WHAT WAS KANADE COOKING
the way the last one is a callback (pretty much a piano cover) to her carnation recollection song... i'm pretty sure it's the one she plays on the piano with mafuyu (?) at that festival which makes it even more eueheueueh 😭😭😭😭
i have a lot to say about kanade's character and her music but i won't as those are some of my deeper toughts. though, i do want to say the only thing it needs to, and we all here have in common. Kanade moves us, kanade saved us, her music, really helped, and helps, me going through all these hardships. And i am very thakful.
I really like the second song of someday from the deeps of despair, it loops nicely, the lion dance one is awesome too. Thanks for this video, is really nice hearing the range that K music has, and is also comforting
