If Quicksilver was born a speedster mutant, and he had all those years of experience, then why on Barry's first day of being a speedster would he already do that? And Barry wasn't running, he was sanding still.
Superflash 36 no he dosent control time your right but when he runs he runs fast enough so time seems to slow down but that's something the flash and quicksilver have in common is that they move fast enough to make time seem to slow down
