I’m not sure if you guys still read TH-cam comments but I really hope you do for this story. I don’t have other social media, so this is my only way of telling it. You reminded me of it when you were talking about overly aggressive, but nice neighbors. I was actually in a Bible study and sharing a story about a neighbor that I was struggling with and wanting to just ignore with any future transactions that we needed to have because I already had a CRAZY experience with him about our shared fence and didn’t want or need any more of him. After I finished sharing this to my Bible study group, one of the other guys got really wide eyed, and was like “Dude! You want to know about a CRAZY neighbor!!” He proceeded to tell me that he was out of town with his brother and sister-in-law for a few days over the holiday season, and as they were driving back, they were getting weird Ring messages and got a phone call from their neighbor. He then showed me the craziest video I’ve seen about a neighbor. Long story short, as they were gone they hired a family friend who has a daughter in high school to water plants and feed their pets. This is something that I used to do for family friends and seems very normal with families I know. One day, at the end of the week, the neighbor saw a car that they didn’t recognize in the driveway with the garage open and they came with guns pointed at the house screaming for them to come out. Luckily, the daughter happened to be with her dad that day who also carries a gun and the entire video is them screaming back-and-forth to put the weapons down. And the neighbors threatened to kill these family friends of their neighbors several times. All I could think was how do you ever reconcile that neighbor relationship after they threaten to kill one of your best friends and his daughter? Like, “Sorry man, just trying to help. It’s all good though.” 😂😂So hopefully your neighbor isn’t that crazy!
I'm listening here in Oklahoma City and the bit where Trey starts listing off facts about Oklahoma had me dying because we said Will Rogers at the same time 😂 you should tell them about the "sooners" in the land race, probably the funniest fact about Oklahoma

One option Jake is to put motion sensor or flood lights on the front of the house, above the garage. If someone passes by they will go off and scare away anyone. You can also put a camera out front. Cameras always intimidate people. Not speaking from personal experience or anything 😉😂

Most u.s. geography books classify Oklahoma as part of the SW region. Culturally, I think the Tulsa area is more Midwest, and the OKC area is more southwest.
Oh my gosh, the steroid shot story is so relatable. I had to get my first ever steroid shot about a month ago when I was really sick and I was so triggered that day by the smallest things and ready to throw somebody into a wall for no reason 😅.. My husband is incredibly tech savvy & gets frustrated trying to teach me the same things over & over. But I can find anything that my husband or my kids can’t find. Is it lost? Nope, mom knows exactly where it is.
