- Today, I explore the streets of Hyderabad to find the best Patthar ka gosht. The Nizam's were known for their extravagance and one of these extravagances includes food. The food of Hyderabad is filled with richness, the Patthar ka gosht is a delicate, thinly cut mutton piece cooked on stone.

Just the customer base and clientele differs based on dining experience
The food is different, I've tasted it and I'll tell you with utmost confidence that the ingredients/marination is way different.

Guys i am travelling to Hyderabad and many of my friends are saying that patthar gosht is only available in Ramadan and not available in normal days, please clear this confusion, is patthar ka gosht available all the time in Hyderabad
