Me too; we might be with the same man! It's a gift to be with someone who's both clever & competent, isn't it? I always say: there's nothing sexy about a man who has to hire another man to hang the flat screen.
In England they used to build whole houses using that mixture with 3' thick walls & a thatched roof. They call it wattle & daub. Some of them are still standing after 500 yrs. They're self insulating so they stay cool in summer & warm in winter. They have wood floors so they're totally organic & very lovely. Btw that is a badass looking axe! And what was that creature? Didn't look like a bear!
This is a really cool video, real or not....but that's no bear, I'm 100% certain of that. Dude in a costume. That fact leads me to the conclusion that most of what we are seeing is partial truth (he has a lot of help with design, gathering of materials, construction, and camera work). That pulley system looks highly suspect considering the weight involved, knots, and anchoring, strength that would be required, etc but not as certain there. Finally, yeah, cannot be sure, but doubt that is 25 meters above ground!!!
@michaelesgro9506 is a possibility...they found out all those vids shot in Asia of a couple of guys digging out incredible earth sculptures was a big team. Hopefully this is just a couple of mates...but in a way the truth would be nicer than romanticised vids.
It was so lovely to see how much both dog and human love each other. I couldn't help but think how much a garden centre would charge for a tree globe this man built.
When I was about 7 or 8 my great grandmother taught me and some cousins how to build a temp shelter in the woods. The family story was when she was little her little brother 5 years old got lost and almost died because he was exposed to cold weather and kept moving instead of sitting in one spot for them to find him ! So she taught all her kids and their kids and their kids to build a shelter lol. We just found long branches and stood them leaning against a tree. Then shorter sticks laying long ways on the big sticks. Finally put all the leaves you can on all the frame crawl inside and SIT YOUR LITTLE BUTT DOWN until we find you lol! She would’ve loved to see your creation ! Before anyone asks I did teach my kids how to build it also ! After we were grown we realized that the biggest part of building the shelter was to keep us in one spot so the family could find us lol but we just thought it was fun ! Nobody ever got lost either rofl !
Your -grandmother gave you great advice on how to survive. Let no one ever get lost. Enjoy watching, I will have many more different interesting hut projects on my channel.
Sadly, there's less and less forest in which to truly get lost in these days. Did your kids think you were a little crazy, teaching them wilderness survival skills in our urban jungles? or are you still blessed to live near nature???
We are VERY lucky to live where nature is still natural. There are critters living here they learned to leave alone lol. We also have thick piney woods with pine straw is so deep it muffles sound and doesn’t leave a good trail. Yes they got a kick out of making those shelters and even competed to make the best one lol. They also learned if you look up and suddenly don’t know where you are the other teaching kicks in. Sit your little butt down and yell for help !!!!! Make your little hut and don’t keep wandering around getting more and more lost !!!!
A man, his dog, a chain block, ropes, wire, a few tools, the wild and an immense amount of creativity and Zen patience. Wow! I’m blown away! Simplicity and ingenuity! 👏🏾👏🏾❤️🙏🏾
Who needs to live in a fancy house with a back breaking mortgage. If you have skills like him, then live in a forest and let mother earth look after you. This is absolutely brilliant and nature friendly.
The problem is it all looks very nice on video but in reality it will be a whole different ball game. Unless you are ABSOLUTELY the wilderness type tuned into survival, hunting and can ABSOLUTELY live offgrid then this is just a fantasy for 99.99% of us. A more doable thing is perhaps living in a large van/motor home/caravan. Yes not "clean" and not "organic" - but a more realistic proposition for the rest of us.
Well, everyone has their own opinion, my friend. But this is what I built, this is what I built and lived there without any vans and mobile homes. This is the place where I live, no cars go there, much less motorhomes.
I did the same thing for an art project. Everyone laughed at me when I used a childs bow and arrow to string a line between the beams of a warehouse in my college. It took a few goes, but I was able to suspend a sphere from the ceiling using Birch branches. No wild animals, or bears in my country, but what a great project. Great work Sir.
Millions of kids around the world would be inspired by the construction of this ultimate tree-house! I feel like we watched the world's happiest--and most handsome--10-year-old build the dream of his intrepid imagination.

Reminds me of the orapendulo birds I saw in Costa Rica. They make a nest that hangs from a tree branch way up off the ground, weaved out of grass and vines. They're fairly large burds so the hanging nests are probably 2 feet long and maybe 6-8 inches around. So I would call your hanging fort the Orapendulasium 😂.
I must say that this was one fascinating video. You are a man of many Talents. When the Apocalypse comes you Sir will most certainly be one of the "survivors". Thank You so much for sharing your AMAZING video with the world. Greetings from Ontario, Canada.

A person could be very surprised when they learn just how creative a bear can be, given a problem that presents itself constantly and enough time. I would never really be able to relax knowing a bear is working a problem and I am ultimately involved. Bears are quite persistent, almost to the point of being OCD and that ball hanging in a tree is going to catch a bears undivided attention. The mindset being: "Oh, that looks like a big food ball. Yes, I'm sure of it, there is food in there, probably honey (imagination proceeds to run wild increasing the food obsession) and its hanging there just for me.... hmmmm and even if it is someone else's, its mine. Why else would it be hanging there?". You know that one track mind is going to obsess to the point of becoming angry and/or frustrated after the fun part wears off and the real hunger sets in. It will think of nothing else and will have convinced itself that the thing hanging in the tree is full of its favorite foods.
@@AB-kg6rk Black Bears can be very aggressive towards humans and often will not be deterred or discouraged during an attack (playing dead will also not be an effective tactic when attacked by a Black Bear). You will often read that Black Bear attacks on humans are rare. "Rare" is a relative term although one is more likely to be killed by another human, a dog or even by Bees. Nevertheless one can be attacked and killed by a Black Bear and the idea that such encounters are rare will mean very little if one finds themselves involved in such a statistical anomaly. One thing to know about Black Bear attacks is that such an encounter will likely involve food and not necessarily cubs. Black Bears are accomplished climbers and they are also coming into contact with humans more and more in their quest for food (they are learning to seek human foods from their constant interaction with humans)... Do as you will but a lack of respect for any Bear or wild animal can often lead to undesirable situations and they will likely not be easily convinced to prescribe to the same facts or opinions as you do.

You are correct he is a creative liar. You can never lift properly around 2000lb of mud like that!! Edited to say approx. 6000 lbs, by RAMIZ own admission in a number of replies!!
So because he used dirt and grass to make his living area what happens when it rains and the rain hits that mud even though it might be hard it will still disintegrate where I live the ground gets really really hard like that the real hard play but as soon as it rains it softens right up
This guy is absolutely AMAZNG! What I'd really like to know is exactly how long it took him to build the above-ground enclosure, from scratch...from start to finish...including gathering and preparing all the wood from the forest, etc. Of course, the video shows him putting it all together in stages, but not in real time...because that's the only way it could be presented in a 32 minute video. Kudos to Ramiz in the Wild!
Okay, I failed to see that information. That’s reasonable and understandable…given the amount of material and work needed to complete the above ground enclosure. Now I don’t feel TOO bad!
Just the part that you climbed up there and installed the mechanism is impressive. Dont think most people understand how high that is based on video footage alone

I have no idea who mirrors is but Bear Grylls is more of a survivalist. Do you really think he would be incapable of making a tree fort if that's what his show was about? There is no time for building tree forts when you're trying to teach survival
@@chadbreton4951 l was simply stating that he is equally talented at HIS craft, l’m aware Bear Grylls and Ray Mears are survivalist, but this kind of talent is just as worthy of a TV show as Ray and Bear were. That was all l meant.
That was ingenious 👍. He showed his sense of humour with the axe and the bloke in the bear suit.🤣 What I want to know is what does he eat. Sir.......what can I say......this is definitely one of THE most impressive things that I have ever...EVER seen. Your resourcefulness and your knowledge of most everything that you need to know is clearly from the HIMALAYAS....just beyond the next level indeed. My words clearly can not do you, and your skillset in the woods (and probably in life in general) any justice. There is a very-very old saying...the more you know, the less you have to carry....well, although you do have some things, you clearly put these things to use on a level that is savant indeed. I'll just shut up now and take away the knowledge that there are some people in this world 🌎 whose knowledge of many things is CLEARLY beyond just functional, but rather phenomenally exceptional indeed. May you and your wonderful little canine companion be safe and be well always, sir, and may God continually bless you. 🤔
I built a platform like this suspended in the trees using a trampoline and securing a popup tent on top of it, but at 3 meters not at 10 like you. Works well. You built this from scratch so that's my hat off to you.
Hands down the coolest and most creative shelter I have ever seen! Imagination, engineering and hard work...wow. Great dog too. Now I have to binge your videos. As far as the bear goes, I thought it was a gorilla lol
The ' bear ' actually resembled a person in a fleece blanket, or so it appeared. Nonetheless, the build of this shelter was possibly the most creative on TH-cam, and the finish colouration was the finishing touch. Overall superb, to say the least.
Not a bear! Most definitely sasquatch/yeti/wendigo/shy man, the ancient shapeshifting, dimension crossing travelers! They only show themselves to those rare individuals they deem worthy, Ramiz has earned their trust. ;-)
I truly have to admit that this is one of my favorite shelters that I’ve seen on any bushcraft videos. Truly unique and totally worth watching. Thanks for sharing your work and incredible little hanging house 😎👍 But this part cracked me up! 12:10 I always find it entertaining when someone uses an ancient fire starter to light petroleum jelly cotton balls and uses them to light a lantern… 🙄 just use your lighter.
Be hive concept. Love the medieval styled AX.! Hilarious looking. But scary looking. Also super useful.! What us humans do, to survive. And at what great lengths'.., we will go to, for a good nights sleep.! I have spent many weeks in the forests, mostly in Mn, M!I,WI, etc. Sometimes hunting. Lots of walk up hills to trees (deer)stands plywood after 2010. in maple forest. Most peaceful rest you can get. Nothing like mountain fresh air.! Love it. Keep safe. !!
Curious if you did an estimate on the weight and the force those ropes can handle. Seems as massive amount of clay and thus weight. Also was wondering how that berry juice suddenly became paint. As well as you first painting ramiz, which came past the window. Then when your done all the text is suddenly smaller and different. Meaning you had repainted everything, including new base of purple paint?
If you look at a number of his own replies to this he said approx. 3 tones ( tons ) which is around 6000 lbs. I can't believe how many people think this would make it off the ground supported by sticks without falling apart. And no one is lifting 6000 lbs. That branch is not supporting it etc, etc. That is just a tent up there. Don't believe me try doing this yourself.
They would if he puts even a modicum of effort into sprucing up that suspension system and then critter_proofing it.... And then elevating th whole thing to, say, about 18ft or so off th ground.
My mouth was open for so much of this video, and I'm still absolutely amazed! That pod must weigh A LOT! The ascent up the tree was something extraordinary, but creating the globe pod and living in there, safe from hungry wild animals is something else. I think you've raised the bar up extraordinarily high, and it's going to take a fantastic effort by any wilderness TH-camr to beat this one! I take my hat off to you Ramiz!!!
This provides more protection from a bear than does a tent or sleeping bag does it not? Of course it does. And yet, could a bear tear through the walls? Given the frame, I would imagine the answer to be yes definitely but only with considerable effort and it would take quite some time and probably not worth it for the bear unless it was really really hungry. By the way, raising it up in the air makes it infinitely more safe and much less likely to be fucked with by anything. You're much more likely to be bitten by a snake or fire ants or army ants or scorpions or venomous spiders etc all depending upon where in the world obviously. How about wild boar? wolves? I'd much rather be in this pod than on the ground.
Like, what are you eating, and did you bring some books along to read, an instrument on which to make music? Or will you just meditate 24/7? What are you feeding your dog, berries? That’s quite a bubble you’ve built there, but how long before you’d like a nice mattress and a fridge? Enjoy….❤ there, but I’m afraid I’d become
After building the hut, I rest and come up with new projects for the huts, read the book, hunt wild rabbits, eat wild berries, and mushrooms. The dog also hunts rabbits.

Nice work , I really like when your dog didn’t get excited and did not bark at the bear you were able to safely get out of range and hoist yourself up to safety. This is the only way I would stay in the woods. Thanks for sharing.
To me Dogs are man’s best friend, I just wish some people would treat them like a best friend. This guy loves his dog and you can tell, he has her inside his little home. I can’t stand people that think taking care of dog Is chaining them to a tree or locking them in a cage 24-7. If you are going to have a dog treat them like a family member Or don’t even get a dog. Dog gift from God
I’m not sure how strong the shelter is with all of the weight, but man I love the idea of using saplings and wire to build the globe in the field and the winch to raise and lower the shelter! Ingenious! Perhaps a fabric cover could be made ahead of time to cover the shelter. That would probably keep you cleaner and drier, lol. A small titanium or stainless steel wood stove would be an alternative feature.
@@marilyncarter-zz4vw Actually they do make wood stoves that can be carried in a backpack. The individual pieces ingeniously hold itself together with four long skinny bolts. The stove pipe is around a foot wide and eight feet long. It’s rolled length way into a stovepipe and held closed with metal wire. The stoves are fairly small, but they don’t need to be that large since the space you’re heating is small. 😊

wonderfully filmed no shaky shots very good craftsman, basic genius probably the best term, and lets not forget the very well behaved doggy, excellent!!
I haven’t seen your channel before but I clicked on it, thinking I wouldn’t watch the entire video. Then I was captivated, looking at the time left and stressing that it would end soon. What you did here is every boy’s dream! The craftsmanship involved with just natural materials (besides the wire and chain hoist), must have taken months! Incredible! The huge worthless axe added such great boyish humor to the whole thing. I laughed my ass off as you sharpened it. 😂 I couldn’t believe you actually painted the mud sphere with berries and water, but as a boy with lots of time, I probably would have done that too.😅 The whole thing was incredible to watch and it had such a fantasy element that made it fun. So very well done in every way. Just subscribed. Give your sweet pup a scratch behind the ears for me. You couldn’t have done it without him.
@@ramizinthewild , Thank you sir. I know the intent of the huge crazy axe was for entertainment purposes and not chopping wood, but that doesn’t make it “worthless” as I mentioned. As a weapon against a bear, you’ve got more reach and blade size to swing. A little hatchet by comparison, is nice for kindling but a bear would just take it away from you. So that humongous Viking-looking axe is what every boy would choose. I see the fun in your videos besides the excellent craftsmanship and can’t wait for more. Stay safe and keep that huge axe with you at all times. I guarantee nobody will mess with a guy carrying that thing.
The camera placement and editing of this video is quite remarkable. Note that there’s never a shot with a camera or tripod within sight. That took A LOT of planning and extra work to make that all happen. Well done sir! Your dog is a fine pooch! All the best. 💪

Amazing! Well done Sir. That looks like the coziest little shelter one could have. Probably one’s own body heat and a lantern would keep it fairly comfortable much of the time. Great dog, give him a scratch for us.
I love this video and what Ramiz wants to convey to us with this simple way of living in the middle of the forest with his noble dog , it means a lot to me
Your pretty dumb if you believe this. He said in a number of comments himself that this weights close to 3 tones ( tons ) that's approx. 6000 lbs. That much weight supported by sticks is not going to happen! This is most likely just a round tent in the air.
That's next level! Genius bush-crafting. Beautifully done Ramiz! A lot to learn there. Thank you for sharing :) And for some thoughts: I think maybe this type of shelter is almost impossible to make without the advanced technological products like the climbing rope and the winch with chain (is that thing called a winch?). By the way, could something like this be done without those two components? Also I think the plastic isolating material used on the inside helped reduce the weight by a lot. So yet a third advanced technological product, But these things aren't so expensive (for now) and they can be stockpiled and reused. And on another note, if someone were to replicate this: not only you can't use just any branch of any tree for support, it would be best to know the type of tree and it's kind of wood well. And have at least a ruff idea of it's calculated (by others even) strength. Also you would need an estimation of the weight of the shelter you've built. Kick-ass idea you had though! I could see this type of shelter flourish with certain types of music-festivals that last long enough (more than a week) and also with certain communities. You could invent a kit to make these kinds of structures fast (only sourcing the wood and earth from the environment) and market this kit. This kit could be fully reusable, therefore these shelters could be for migrating communities. In time it could be improved and adapted. Also I would consider lining the inside with something natural. And for everyone that wants to try this, I think using dried out wood for the frame could make it lighter. Maybe hazelnut long sticks would be among the best wood for that, as it's still flexible and quite strong even when dry. Love and peace to all the nature-loving folk out there :)
thank you very much, enjoy your viewing, I am very glad that you liked my video project. I planned to build many more different projects in different places, I hope you will like them too. about this hut, yes, you are right, it is impossible to lift it without the help of a hoist.
I see the branches were cut and trimmed and seasoned...so he must have picked this place out a while ago. However it is a very cool living space he is making there. I enjoy videos like this that teach me new things about the wilderness as I have lived in a number of wilderness places in my long life......

Oh so it's just entertainment, so disappointed! There was me thinking I was actually watching a genius craftsman at work.
Looks great. But there must be several strong guys off camera that help construct this thing. No way someone builds a cool home like this all alone. Still, it's fun to watch.
I doubt he made the round nest from materials from nature. Probably there is metal cage. Under some concrete or other material, not just dirt. Walls of fireplace are suspiciously thin for clay. Loads of editing and bs.

This is a really cool video, real or not....but that's no bear, I'm 100% certain of that. Dude in a costume. That fact leads me to the conclusion that most of what we are seeing is partial truth (he has a lot of help with design, gathering of materials, construction, and camera work).

You are absolutely right, nature gave us everything for living. Thank you very much and enjoy your viewing
Only polar bears are usually aggressive toward humans. Hes been camped for days building the shelter, clearly unafraid.
And it is hanging there… with its fav food… human de being.. yum. Haha
No problem. There's nothing in that thing a bear would want to eat, except maybe the dog, but I think that's emergency rations for Ramirez.

Bears would have no trouble climbing up that tree and going out on that limb to get that tasty food and him!!!!!😮😅😢😊
They would if he puts even a modicum of effort into sprucing up that suspension system and then critter_proofing it.... And then elevating th whole thing to, say, about 18ft or so off th ground.

@@Eddielongan You mean sleep on the ground like 99.999999% of campers? What about the Samsqanch?

A small titanium or stainless steel wood stove would be an alternative feature.
good ideas, I will definitely try it too. Enjoy watching.
But a stove wouldn't fit in the back pack😃
@@marilyncarter-zz4vw
Actually they do make wood stoves that can be carried in a backpack. 😊
Have you ever lifted one handful of mud in your life?? I believe this is around 2000lbs of mud ( I work with dirt almost every day ) there is no way he is lifting this. If you don't believe me try it.
yes it would be way heavy. Not sure that chain hoist could have lifted it. I know he did not bring that much chain in his backpack
wonderfully filmed no shaky shots very good craftsman, basic genius probably the best term, and lets not forget the very well behaved doggy, excellent!!
thank you very much, enjoy watching. I'm very glad you liked it. thanks for the compliment for my dog.
You are a smart man of the planet . Great job great work wonderful skill I love it .
Thank you very much, enjoy your viewing.
Wow.. this man is a legend.. amazing
thank you very much, enjoy your viewing✊🙌
This is one very talented human being.......crazy as a goat too!.......he just took the whole thing several notches higher.
😂 I couldn’t believe you actually painted the mud sphere with berries and water, but as a boy with lots of time, I probably would have done that too.😅
The whole thing was incredible to watch and it had such a fantasy element that made it fun. So very well done in every way.
Just subscribed. Give your sweet pup a scratch behind the ears for me. You couldn’t have done it without him.
Weird ax might come in handy if a bear did show up
Thank you very much, enjoy your viewing, I will have many more interesting projects on my channel.
@@marilyncarter-zz4vw The bear was already scared by my ax.😉
@@ramizinthewild thanks for showing you feed your dog and cooking something for yourself. I knew you had to be eating after working so hard.👍
Watching from Nepal ❤
Enjoy watching. huge hello to nepal🖐🖐
The camera placement and editing of this video is quite remarkable. Note that there’s never a shot with a camera or tripod within sight. That took A LOT of planning and extra work to make that all happen. Well done sir! Your dog is a fine pooch! All the best. 💪
How can u tell he’s using more than one? I can’t tell
Obviously there's more than one people
@@Lessgo00Exactly ,I am sure this is no solo act.
sei il più creativo, il più divertente al mondo, il più geniale, non importa se hai fatto un pezzo Hollywoodiano col finto orso, il video rimane interessantissimo
grazie mille, buona visione.
Absolutely no one they might come close but his creativity is off the chart. It’s not where I’d like to live. I wouldn’t be cool just to spend a weekend in there. He should rent it out. Just kidding. God bless you young man. That’s amazing.
Thank you very much, enjoy watching. Living there is very calm and comfortable. anyone can come and live here.
I’m TOTALLY IMPRESSED BY THE SPHERE YOU HAVE BUILT. 👍👍👍👍👍
thank you very much, enjoy your viewing.
❤Thank you for not playing stupid music in the background.
I will have everything real without unnecessary music.
I love the green satin interior...❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Yes, it is very comfortable and pleasant here.😊😇
Amazing! Well done Sir. That looks like the coziest little shelter one could have. Probably one’s own body heat and a lantern would keep it fairly comfortable much of the time. Great dog, give him a scratch for us.
thank you very much. yes, you are right, this refuge is very cozy and warm. I’ll definitely scratch the dog for you.
@@ramizinthewild Thanks!
This is most likely just a round tent in the air.
thank you, enjoy your viewing. I will have many more interesting videos on my channel.
That's next level! Genius bush-crafting. Beautifully done Ramiz! A lot to learn there. Thank you for sharing :)
And for some thoughts: I think maybe this type of shelter is almost impossible to make without the advanced technological products like the climbing rope and the winch with chain (is that thing called a winch?).
What's that Bear doing over there?
Oh, he's building a ladder...
😮
😅😅
It was a gorilla suit
It was a bigfoot
WOW!!!! This guy’s channel is a great watch…
thank you very much, enjoy watching, this is just the beginning, there will be many more interesting ideas in the future
I see the branches were cut and trimmed and seasoned...so he must have picked this place out a while ago. However it is a very cool living space he is making there. I enjoy videos like this that teach me new things about the wilderness as I have lived in a number of wilderness places in my long life......
Thank you. Enjoy watching. I will have many more different interesting hut projects on my channel.
😱Damn! That’s freaking impressive! This guy definitely has some skills in survival creativity! That’s probably the best I’ve seen! Wow!👌😳👍Mad respect!🙏
Thank you very much, enjoy watching. This is just the beginning, many different projects and adventures in nature await me in different parts of the world. I think you will also find it more interesting❤🙌
Very cool, relaxing, and enjoyable. Also very staged. The clay on the hut is not what he's preparing. I still enjoy this as entertainment.
Oh my god you are so right! There was me thinking he was using clay mud to hand craft that incredible shelter and all along he was using the commercial clay that builds the shelter for you! Oh so it's just entertainment, so disappointed! There was me thinking I was actually watching a genius craftsman at work.
Oh I bet that bear was the cameraman in a suit as well.
Talk about living off the land! This man is incredibly resourceful and creative using nothing but the natural resources around him.
Yes, you are right, the earth gave us everything for survival.🙏
Looks great. But there must be several strong guys off camera that help construct this thing. No way someone builds a cool home like this all alone. Still, it's fun to watch.
I doubt he made the round nest from materials from nature. Probably there is metal cage. Under some concrete or other material, not just dirt. Walls of fireplace are suspiciously thin for clay. Loads of editing and bs.
And take pics too
