Just wipe it off, you can try to just remove the parts you don’t like, but you might have to just wipe off the whole layer, let it dry, then do a new layer. But taking it it off while it’s still wet is the best, there’s no going back once it’s cured. ☺️
Oh I guess you didn’t say if it was wet still or not, if it has dried I would add the white streaks over it pretty heavy, so you just see the glitter peeking through. ☺️
