This song...I haven't been so emotionally wrecked by a song in...ever. Which is odd, because I usually do get emotionally wrecked by songs. I came here for Jared, but, after the first couple of seconds of the song, I was just like, Fuck, because I felt it. I felt he depression, I felt the insecurities, I felt the anxiety, I felt everything that I go through on a regular basis put into this song and video. The way that Jared can so easily portray a depressed man with many insecurities makes me sad. The way that he shows how quietly humans can fall apart speaks to me, because, I GET IT. And after I realized how much I could relate to this video (around one minute in) I just fell apart. I follow Jared's Always Keep Fighting campaign very very closely, and, he has actually saved my life a total of 4 times to date. I just started listening to it today, but I know that this song and video will mean more to me than any song or video I will ever encounter in my life. I know that sounds teenager-y and stupid, but, this means so much to me. No amount of words, no matter how eloquently put, could ever express my gratitude to Jared Padelecki or to the band for doing this. I know that sounds dramatic, and I will probably be seen as an angst ridden teenage girl for posting this comment, but I don't care. I will keep listening to this song on repeat now.
