I listened to this while finding stuff to put on my christmas list (beyblade stuff) My 9 year old cousin got me into beyblades. so now thats all i want for christmas.

I never got into the whole reboot thing, but I loved the original Beyblades from the early 2000's. Back then they were almost all plastic with a small metal ring on it. I tried getting back into it with the reboot stuff, but it wasn't as fun. I enjoyed having to build the Beyblade like I do Gundam models, but the recent ones were pre-built and only 5 parts or so, compared to the 20 or so from the originals.
+MushaGundamMKIII Oh yes! I still remember the ones that I needed to grab a screwdriver and screw in the pieces! They were quite intricate and more challenging for sure! Metal fight - the Japanese ones of this series are better crafted but will never have that same nostalgia that the first series has! :P
+Soundbuds™ there was a lot more than just a type of Beyblade back then. I remember I had one that had a magnetic core that would react differently to a magna-core arena. My buddy had one that had a device inside that allowed you to control where the Beyblade went. They didn't have anything like that in recent years.
+groovyroblox Oh yeah it's so much fun haha! I was the kid at school with the stadium and everything! I was and always will be into battling tops! I even used to make my own out of junk I found around the house hehe!

Weirdly enough... I do get tingles! :3 I only get ASMR when I listen to a recording though. I can't just whisper to myself and trigger it, haha! So weird aye!?
+Soundbuds™ because we have so many American shows in Australia we aren't really used to hearing our own accent, and it's the same with ASMR. when we do end up hearing it it can be a bit of a shock but super tingly
