Full Introduction Tour of my McLaren 675LT

- Having now spent a few days with my new McLaren 675LT and thoroughly enjoying the experience, I wanted to show you all around and run over the options. After talking about the specification a few months ago, I figured now that the car was here it would only be right to show how that translated into the finished product.
Looking over the exterior and interior I run through the options, discuss some of the specific features to the 675LT and generally talk about the car.
Ordered brand new, the 675LT is one of just 500 being made, finished in Cerulean Blue from MSO with a number of bespoke customisation options on top of the standard factory options. It features the 10-spoke Ultra-Lightweight wheels, polished calipers, lots of exterior satin carbon fibre, and an interior loaded with alcantara.

Absolutely stunning car the 675, they really nailed it design wise. Its their best looking road car yet.
you should enable the track cam on the roads to record some of the more fun area's/nice views etc including track visits etc

I think, out of the 3 cars, the 12C, 650S & the 675LT, it's the 675LT that has the look of a proper supercar :)

They use a carbon fibre rod to save weight for the engine bay cover but use heavy hydraulic Pistons for the boot a bit counter productive but love the car anyway congrats Mr Burton👏🏼

I wish you had matched the 675LT logo color with the brake calipers and the rings around the interior controls that you made matte black.
Such an amazing car Tim I'm glad you're sharing it with us! I think if I had my own private racetrack I would order one of these stripped out no AC no nothing and drive it all day every day
That's a cool key but no key is more unique than the Pagani Huayra key

Great looking well balanced car, the only thing I would like to have seen is the yellow lighting be either blue or white. But I get the orange is the McLaren colour.

from the front it's like a p1 and going to the rear it's like a 12c or 650s but the different is the exhaust it's a good car ,it's comparison from 12c,650s,and p1 if i have unlimited money i wanna pick this car to my garage you're so lucky tim

This car is gorgeous. But I would pick the 12C ( in white and graphite wheels 😁) over it any day. God I love that car's looks.

What would you do if wild ones ran you off the road and surrounded the car, then they leaped on the car like frogs and started head butting the windscreen to break through and they broke in and using only their teeth they grabbed you by the neck and threw you out of the car into the road, then they leaped around you in a circle (on all fours) and hissed then leaped forward with knives and cleavers and just started hacking you up like a slab of meat?

Kudos for not getting the blue calipers. The polished ones look so crisp. The blue would look cheesy in my opinion.
The 991 GT3 RS would be nice with this colour.

The 675LT looks so much better than the 650S especially the rear end. This looks a lot more aggressive than the 650S. The black wheels is a good combo it will go with any color, I didn't like your old 650S chrome wheels at all.

+RepsolHonda26 Interesting thing is that McLaren had already designed an engine for Indy car racing but never got to use it. That is is what they based their road car engines on including the P1 and this one.
The engines are built in the UK by Ricardo who also build the transmission for the Veyron and other hypercars.

I've heard that the tool to open the engine bay, and the privilege of opening the bay is reserved for only certified McLaren specialists.. Is this true? Did you just get special privileges of having your own key for advertising purposes? Or is that claim just false and every owner gets a key and they just don't know it.

More cylinders is not always the way you want to go as a car manufacturer, depends of what kind of car you're looking to build!

+sam farley no nothing is "better" it just offers more cylinders, a different sound, often bygger engine volume but a V8 or even V6 can go faster and offer better fuel economy and take up less space but the main reason for having a v12 is the sound and the character it often brings to the car!

The interior is too bleak/black. I would have used more blue colour inside, especially blue air vents. Otherwise amazing car.
