stefani x is a highly flexible edgebanding machine with a high productivity and is designed to process straight panels with straight or shaped corners. stefani x can work both in stand-alone composition and integrated in cells or production lines, processing homogeneous or diversified batches.
stefani x is conceived for all type of edges and panels, thanks to the new electronic units that allow a gentle touch of the material.
It is possible to glue panel edges both with EVA and PUR glue or using Airfusion+ hot air technology. All these gluing systems can be simultaneously present in the machine.
Just in time glue change thanks to the Glue Switch device, which lets you work with two different types of glue, diversified by type (EVA / PUR) or by colour, thus ensuring an invisible joint line with high flexibility.
stefani x works with a speed of up to 30 m / min and a panel distance of 350 mm. It is the ideal choice for all users who search a high configurable and customizable solution.
