- We had a pretty hectic last week before the boys left for Korea XD, this is what we documented.
We never explained this before, but the reason why we were named "3rd Degree" wasn't only because we had 3 people in our band. It was mainly because of our attitude and the image we wanted to portray. Our goal - Every time we performed, we wanted to put on a show so hot and shine so bright, we'd "set the stage on fire" and give everybody watching "3rd degree burns" (metaphorically, of course xP) - It was just an awesome coincidence that we also had 3 people in our band and the short form was catchy (3D).
Anyway, we hope to always keep that fire in our hearts, and as long as we have the same attitude, we will always be 3rd Degree.
Thank you for the love guys, this is the end of our journey together (for now) but also the start of a new one :) We hope you guys keep supporting!

I swear I used to be 3rd Degree's biggest fangirl back in the day (I think I was 15?) and looking now it's crazy that Brian is actually in a group. I stumbled upon Day6's video, and thought a guy looked so familiar. Turns out it's Brian.

I am a MyDay and Day6's brotherhood is something I really really love. But Brian with Terry and the boys is just on a different level. I wish Brian will be able to at least see all of them, like I would not mind them play an intermission number in a Day6 concert. I mean that is one hell of an experience!

The goodbyes reminded me of me and my friends' goodbye to our friend who also went back to her home country. Also, when you said Don's mom made him go home, that was my mum too and my friend's parents didnt even let her out. 😭 I hate goodbyes when i get attached to people. :(

every few years i’m reminded of this video and come back to rewatch and reminisce about the comments i left here in the past. i’m glad to see terry still reads the comments here ❤ i’m really glad to see that life seems to be going well for you terry, and that your relationship with lisha and brian still endures. i left my first comment when i was in middle school/early high school and now i’m in college. this video has become a source of comfort for me, seeing your relationships persevere through the years as life changes so much reminds me that there are some things that will always stay the same and the people who i’m meant to continue having in my life will stick around somehow. i wish you the best in your life!
all of these comments are from right after day6 debuted or even before....and I'm back here 5 years after brian's debuted and is so so successful and is so so loved. i am so proud of him and seeing this video literally brought tears to my eyes
Rewatching this after Young K's 'let it be summer' their friendship and the bond and energy they had being the 'summer' that you'd always wanna hold on to, even in the cold winter you'd still feel the warmth of true friendships, the support of the people that love you and to always be reminded that you can do the things you love and have fun doing it. uhm... I'm kinda overwhelmed? I just became a fan of day6 not long ago and it was youngk who brought me in when i discovered his covers under YOUNGONE. I obviously wouldn't know much compared to other older fans so yeah I've just came to know of this part of Brian's life. I'm really surprised (and thankful) that he has been receiving love and support continuously through 3rd Degree, kmess and now day6. Also, the fact that you guys opened the show for Bosco Wong?? That was really unexpected for me since I've watched him on TVB shows when i was young and i didn't expect this connection between yall and him. Now, i feel really proud of how far he has come to reach where he is today. Despite all the doubts that he might've had throughout his trainee days, it's nice to know that he has such good friends that support him. It is so clear that he's happy performing on stage, from back then until now. Truly grateful for the 3rd degree/kmess fans, mydays, Terry and Don. Hope that i will be able to support him until the end.
