A good deal was actually on the Traeger pro series 22 grill. It’s been down to $389 then after my %10 veteran discount came out to around $350 ish. If you want a new smoker grill and can get one check it out. Was also interested in the Dewalt 12” miter saw 780 but that model not on sale only the 779 with no shadow line.
I bought the Gorilla 22' Multi-Task ladder for $89....with my military discount got it for $80. great deal, should have bought 2 of them LOL. Didn't get the scaffolding as I didn't have enough money....I need 1 more as I keep adding to my attachment/implement collection for my tractor, and they make great storage shelving units for attachments/implements for small tractors LOL. Harbor Freight had their 17' multi-task ladder on sale for $100....for $20 less I got a 22' at Home Depot. It pays to pay attention to ads and go to multiple stores before just buying something.
Picked up the Ryobi One+ HP 1/2" High Torque Impact kit for $139....the kit has the charger and 4ah HP battery....the tool only is $219....so for less money you get the tool, a charger and a battery LOL. This is the 4 mode impact wrench with the auto mode. I also picked up the Ridgid 18V compact portable bandsaw for $189 with the 4ah battery and charger....for $10 more you get just the saw LOL.
I bought the milwaukee 2 pack of tape measures and one broke on the second day of use. They're really cheaply made compared to the regular more expensive tapes. If you only use it once or twice a year I am sure they're fine though lol
Too funny. I said the same thing about the 2 fat max 25’ for $25. I whipped the tape out and knew instantly that it was inferior. Such a scam to do stuff like that.
A lot of these deals from Home Depot aren't available where I live, Hawaii, also it can't be shipped to store or delivered too. I need to find a way to get around this so I can take advantage of the great deals.
@ TRZ, I appreciate your sharing your genuine honest sentiments on state of dealz in the tool space. I also appreciate your finding and sharing the dealz to be had. 👍
@@ToolReviewZone Don't ask me to remember that far back! LOL. It probably started with COVID and retailers ran the numbers and decided big deals weren't worth it...
Pumping the retail price then discounting to inflate the % savings should be illegal.
Just ordered (yesterday) the 7 1/4 ryobi Compound Miter Saw (Tool Only) for $99 shipped free! Thanks Clint!
That's definitely real nass like J-Colt!!!!
@@ToolReviewZone For those looking it was a 24 hour deal only. Back up to $189

Good morning Clint!!!

I was feeling bad for a second, then I realized that you live in Hawaii and I'm stuck in Ohio 🤣
You don’t live in Hawaii for the dealz… just sayin 😂
Thanks!
Gotta be quick like a bunny, hop hop
Holidays 2019 was best year ever for Friday after thanksgiving deals and 2020 was best for week+ deals. 🤷♂️
Couple glitches since and that is it.
Yeah I hear ya. I found a couple glitches last month, but they shut it down pretty fast

I agree about the crappy tool deals this year....a lot of people are saying the same....slightly different words used but yep, not very good at all.
Cleeent, not Clint 😮 🙄 🤣
Reeeeeeeeeeeee Obie!
Snooze you lose
Last year wasn't very good either. I think the fear of tariffs has a lot of companies holding back too.
This has been going on for 3 years now and just keeps getting worse

@sloanNYC yeah, definitely started around that time. Really need to dig now just to find the good ones, but it's definitely getting harder
@@ToolReviewZone100% - Its sad - Truth is - it means everything we see right now not on sale is actually near deal pricing… which is kind of scary 😬
