I'm on my second P200S and recommend it to any farmer doing their own fencing. The rock-spike is a 'must have' in my view. The only improvements I'd like to see are (a) slightly longer travel on the telescopic reach and (b) the option of hydraulic legs, both of which would make one man operation that bit easier. I understand hydraulic legs are available higher up the range, but the extra cost is quite a bit. Kind regards from Pembrokeshire.
Nice machine , will only work in mostly Dirt ! , Driving posts in rocky areas will probably destroy wooden posts . TRY.........driving posts in rocky soil ..........that will be a much different outcome !
No snags here chap. I’m thin topsoil on slate and broken granite substrates, done about 3miles fence and 9 gateways so far without any grief thanks to the rockspike. Without it, that’d be a different story. Saves a lot of repetitive welding new hardox onto an auger and ending up with loose posts anyway. Don’t knock it ‘till you’ve tried it.

that's why there is "rockspike"... first you plant the rockspike, breaking any rock on the path, then you drive the pole...
