Happy to share some insight! For the newest ship Icon they’ve been rehearsing for 3 months now! But for us on Quantum and most ships it’s an average of 3 weeks of rehearsals :)
Looks like fun! I will have to book sometime. Do you get to use the ship amenities off duty I've herd the crew has their own section of the ship that they stay in. Can't go out themselves.
