So right about rolling back the bass gain, I'm also guilty of that on drums! And the info on using the bass presets! It's sometimes hard not to want to make do with a track and waste a lot of time trying to massage it into being "good enough" Try another take or two, it's inspiring to see you not hesitate to dig back in! And when you do you frequently pull off something even better... Great job!
