    I couldn't agree more on getting out of our comfort zone when it comes to food and bulking. Especially, when your bulk life revolves around the same 4-5 recipes you make all the time, it's nice to play around with new dishes, new ideas. You bring some new thing in your life, and also you give a whole different stimulus to those tastebuds.

    1.5lbs of corned beef hash fried in butter and virgin oil mix, 4 slices buttered toast, 3 cheddar cheesy eggs sunny side up, and a 12oz glass of vitamin D milk.
    i went from 130 to 170 in 1 month, eating this every morning and 2 hours workout. i also had a growth spurt and went from 5'10 to 6'1.

      Wonder if cooking the egg inside the corn beef hash would work? Or do you need to include the cheese so make the egg separate?

      Why don't you just go to McDonald's, spend a lot and have what they sell for 3 meals a day. Works for most Americans. Most of us are fat.

    Please make a video on how to increase the appetite and the ability to digest the food once it increases. I think this way bulking would be easier and natural.

    Hey coach could you do a FULL lineman workout? Like a full day of what you would eat in the morning, lunch, dinner, than show what a good 2-3 hour workout with sets and reps included and the conditioning you would also do. I think that would be a pretty good series that can branch to other positions aswell

    So I’m 14 years old lift all the time and have football practice everyday I’m around 260 would rice, cheese and eggs be a good breakfast every morning before a lift or school

    I absolutely love goat curry. My parents are from an Indian background, and thankfully their not vegetarians like most Indians, so I got to try lots of new things. For anyone looking at this comment, if you ever go to an Indian restaurant, ask if they have goat curry, it’s absolutely delicious.

    What was that first thing, is the pork rinds? If not, I’m not sure my Canadian grocery store has whatever that is.
    On the international vein, I found great gains while eating haggis. Offal meat tends to be the best for gains, in my experience. And, they tend to be cheap (not haggis, that’s expensive).

    That's all the healthy stuff. I have lost weight by eating like that just by cutting down on the amount. If you want to gain weight just go to fast food places every day and eat 3 double cheese burgers with a vanilla milk shake, a double order of large fries and a couple of hot apple pies for breakfast lunch and dinner. It's no secret, eating lots of sugar, carbs and fat are the key.

      This may come down to money management. Rice is usually pretty cheap and the choose nutrient dense foods based o what you need and manage your money from there.

      Nuts are the most calorie dense and contain Protein and Fat. Nut butter and Nuts as a snack will get you bulking very quick.
      Also bread and rice as carbs are good for bulking !

      When I was still living with my parents to try to bulk up for rugby I used to eat like 100-200g of raisins after every meal. It's very cheap and very calorie dense, and healthy too

    Didn’t really seem you knew 100% what you were talking about with a lot of these foods...weren’t good at explaining what they do for the body in detail. Seemed like you just went to the supermarket and walked around and picked some things that were good for bulking. Your actual weightlifting videos are much more educational and detailed
