For all the drama and disappointment that this season has been, Eberflus never lost the locker room I give him a lot of credit for that...

@@justinhowland6509 2 of those blown leads were on Getsy, though. The only one that was on Flus was the Lions loss.
He’s impressed me with staying the course through all the criticism. Fantastic example for the players.

I wanted him gone so bad earlier this season but damn has he grown on me over the last few games. I feel like he is the coach this team needs.
Is this the first Flus mic'd up? I finally feel like I got a sense for the guy, and I liked it. Was that "Merry Christmas" at the end towards a fan heckling him or something? It had some 'fuck you' attitude to it, and I like him even more if he did.

Regardless of how I feel or view him, for him to constantly push and keep turning the ball over paramount in the defenses mind is EXACTLY what I love to see.

Flus has got better as season has progressed, he’s learning from his mistakes and his press conferences have gotten a lot better. Most of all the team still follows.

@@mikelasjo6507 Yes, it's been 2 rebuilding seasons, you aren't suppose to win a lot in rebuilding seasons. Also, he is the reason this defense is one of the top in the league right now

@@mikelasjo6507 No. If the defense is like it is now or even better next year and we get a few pieces on offense and we don't win more games than we do this year, we get rid of him. We have more than double the wins compared to last year, there should be more next year

Poles knows what he’s doing, he hasn’t even given flus all the tools he asked for. I see us keeping Flus and Fields, maybe moving on from Getsy but I could see us keeping everyone tbh. Team just needs a good offseason and more time together

We gotta make this very clear. Eberflus is a great coach for our team. He's also revamped this defense ever since our DC has been gone. Our only coaching problem is with Getsy. Eberflus has almost nothing to do with the offense other than keeping morale up. Getsy is the one in charge of what gets put on the field. Getting rid of Eberflus wouldn't solve anything, finding someone to replace Getsy will make us a better team. That man has to go.
I really hope people understand that it's Matt's second year coaching and so is Luke's. I doubt anyone of us in our working field can say we figured everything out in year 2. Belichick was not great in Cleveland. Shanahan took his lumps elsewhere before he figured things out.

I think this D is overall shaping up to be better than 2018 with Mack, Akeem, Hicks, etc.

I believe in Flus. My Bear's fan practical wishlist: 1. Keep Flus & the growing culture in tact (it takes time) 2. Bring in Frank Reich to be OC (has relationship w/ coach Flus) 3. Draft Marvin Harrison Jr (Trade back) 4. Do whatever it takes to steal free agent Kirk Cousins (familiarity with division defenses, and the rival Vikings/ has helped cultivate Stefon Diggs, Hockenson, and Justin Jefferson. (He will light it up with Moore, Kmet, and Harrison) 5. Draft and Develop Jayden Daniels behind Cousins (Fresh Rookie contract saves cap space and adds time). 6.Sadly, trade JF1 to a better, more fitting situation. (ATL, NYG, etc...) 7. Add a LT to compete and a High energy, passionate guy on defense that keeps the game in perspective (collective body language dips when scored on). 8. Re-sign JJ. I'm going to post this until someone gets it to Mr. Poles lol A long Championship window is truly right there for us.

@@sheffrudytke1086I had low expectations for getting Atl, but if the Giants take Fields and a couple picks maybe that trade out of that spot. If the Cardinals pick ahead of the Commanders or patriots , they’ll likely take Harrison. That’s theory real threat. Otherwise it’s all achievable. Even with your proposition for Alt

First of all you keep Justin Fields because you know he’s capable of getting better, and imagine this offense is Marvin Harrison Junior and a fucking great prospect of tight end with Brock Bowers that could be a scary team two of the veterans Titans in the league that would be a combination of Cole and Brock Bowers… That would be ridiculous that might be the best tan tandem in the league… How could that not make the offense so much better also get another running back/receiver gadget guy who can do everything or maybe a small lightning quick guy like Jermaine Burton… They are out there they could use another weapon who is just ultra quick and incredibly fast so they could keep the other teams defense in fear, Marvin Harrison Junior, DJ Moore, Cole, Brock and Burton that’s a scary fucking team

@@mikelasjo6507 How many games would Papa Bear Halas won last year with that roster? I understand context, improvement, patience and money. All the money it would take to fire and pay all the current coaches and the money spent to get all new coaches should be spent all new players in free agency and in signing bonuses so that we win free agency this year.

@@justinhowland6509you are purposely leaving out the fact that we have developed a top 3 run defense, and a much improving pass defense. We went from having the worst defense in the league, to leading the league in interceptions over these past 4 weeks and having almost a top 10 defense overall. We are nowhere near perfect, but dont act like flus hasnt turned this season around.
