  • (Red light is on, no need to pay attention)Constant Current-Constant Voltage Charge。版本REV:S2比较难改,切断S2版本的33脚的位置很难操作,导致有少数人切断后无法开机,主要原因是没有完全切断和焊接电位器中心电线时有焊锡过大引发故障,请尽量使用其它版本。非S2版本的机型CPU是切断8脚,切断很容易,切断后焊接电线也非常容易。建议新手不要使用S2机型改制。(红灯亮无需理会)
    台达4850, DELTA ESR48/56 4840也应该一样结构。

    Thanks, Just bought a ESR-48/60a. I haven't hooked it up yet, but if I do not get power It may be the jumper (between 2 and 4) in the middle. This is the first place I've found where it described the jumper!

      0-60V is very simple, the third OCEP is disconnected, the CPU 33pin of the S2 version is disconnected (8pin of other versions are disconnected) and 10K and 100K are connected. If it is DIY 0-120V and voltmeter and ammeter, it takes more time.

    I just have converted my esr-48/56a c (rev.       U27 pin4 and U24 pin4 are the same SGND, you can also connect to other SGND on the circuit board. You don't need to consider the capacitor (C) connected to the right, because this wire is the original line. I drew two capacitors (C) on it, but the U27 and U24 are arranged in a schematic diagram.

There are two ways to change 60V (50A) to 120V (25A). The first method is to change the two-way parallel mode rectified output voltage to series. The second method: the two-way parallel method is rectified to a full-bridge rectification (I use the second method).
