Actually if you have resigned post 20th of the month, current month salary won't be credited. But next month you will receive salary. However again last month Sala will be on hold and processed as FFS. Next month you will get salary of current month n previous month. Only 3rd month salary will be on hold. Do subscribe my channel. Seriously, do you even understand meaning of PF. PF you can only settle on emergency cases. When you change organization you need to transfer it after 2 months of joining new organization. There will be in problem in laptop pickup. Your full n final statement would be delayed because of that. It make take 3 months , 6 months or even a year

You need to understand my answer as well. If you are in bench then they might release. That will be decided my manager n hr. You need to wait a week till your LWD is updated in HCM portal.

You can exit and accept the other offer.
My joining is in dec14 2021,and in fall intake I would interested in doing masters in aboard which is better to take resignation
See as of now join Cognizant. If you get offer for masters ,in higher studies ground you can opt for immediate release

Even you withdraw on last day they won't reject you. Cognizant has highest attrition rate in the market. They want employees to stay

Seriously, do you even understand meaning of PF. PF you can only settle on emergency cases. When you change organization you need to transfer it after 2 months of joining new organization. Please read the pf document which I attached in the description. Please do subscribe as well. PF is a fund to secure the future not present

Hello ...I got termination latter on 20 th feb 2023 and my joining was 8 month before even I didn't even complete my probation period ...so some people from my same batch get the amount between 70K TO 90K BUT I am getting around 18000 rupees only after submitting all the asset can I get the same amount from the cognizant please help me in that ?
