That spymyto would make a great knife if someone’s looking . Thinking about selling one of my shaman avaocado s to someone I know in the knife community . That maxace is nice too . Lately , I just like to pull a knife and use it without thinking if I grabbed one with a finger choil . An older knife that doesn’t get much attention anymore is the kizer T1 with the Kizer ti clip is a sweet sweet knife . Edit , there’s so many tbh , the Kubey royale with cheese ( Kubey Royale) is another sweet one imho . To name a few more I ve really been liking the para3, pm2, civivi qubit with the new skins from Ripps garage tech became a favorite after the black camo skins in black aluminum . It was slippery without the skins and it’s worthwhile imho for $20 of someone’s on the fence 👍🦅. There’s so many good ones in all price ranges . While I like using a larger knife I like carry g a 3” -3.5 “ blade best . Especially during the summer months with basketball shorts a BM hidden canyon orange kydex sandwidh with an ulti clip right of the drawstring vanishes and I’ve fallen asleep with it on several times . It’s been a good fishing knife for cutting line and fishing stuff but obviously not for filet purposes . I used to wear a nail clipper around my neck for cutting line , forceps👍

As of right now we haven't heard anything about Spyderco making any more SpyMyto's (though we wouldn't put it past Spyderco to bring the design back in a different steel or handle material). However, these particular ones were ltd. to 2000 pcs., so the one featured will not be back. Now, whether Spyderco decides to make this model, just not in a Flash Batch is a possibility.

Passed on the spydiemato even tho I'm a huge collector... m398 from lion steel is gonna be ran soft and that's unappealing and it was to be hollow ground and the final production was flat grind just make it a no go for me. Had it been hollow grind I probably would have grabbed one but with the flat and m398 that'll be at the low end of optimal just killed it for me. The collector side of me is feeling bad I passed on it but the sharpening and steel geek side of me is happy I passed. Lion steel and m390 or m398 and ran soft go hand and hand sadly.

We've asked and both have said it was the chair...however we are still unconvinced.
