Hey man I know its been a year since you've uploaded this but thank you for making these videos, I really appreciate the guides for the missions and all the work you put in determining which strategy works the best :)
I did this and when I was setting up for the last 2 shards I realised I forgot to choose arbiter instead of void rays...I managed to stomp my way to the last shard with shield overcharge anyway with 1min30sec left.
What makes you pick Adepts instead of Stalker/Dragoon? You didn't seem to use any abilities associated with them. Edit: So on Hard, there was one amusing side bar: While I was making final prep to take the 4th shard, the neutral allies killed it by themselves! So I was able to Timestop and Recall the army straight to the 5th shard. It was destroyed even before the Timestop even ended.
Gotta say I don't like the use of the protective shell passive compared to reconstructive beam. Mostly because the beam works on buildings as well and while it can only activate on three units at a time it has no end or cooldown. Whereas the shell most certainly has a cooldown and beyond the brief invincibility offers little else... also does it work on buildings at all?
The shield keeps units alive and fighting. Even if those five seconds of invincibility aren't enough to last the rest of the battle and the unit dies anyway, the added uptime piles up fast, and usually means winning with more survivors anyway. Repair beam can't do anything like that. It's way to slow to help in a fight. Shield's also ludicrously good with repair carriers and a mech-based army. Can go fight after fight after fight without losing a single unit.
Adaptes are weak i don't see any real use for them unless they are cheaper then dragoons/stalkers and i don't think their movement speed greater then stalkers

this channel has single handedly carried me through like half the master achievements
Thanks a lot for this strat, ended up getting Hostbusters with 23:58 on the clock.

Thanks, the arbiter move at the end was smart

I couldn't do this for the life of me alone, thanks.

How did you do it i go duped because of them how do you know hwere are they going next?
Good work man, thank you

You are amazing.
I can't get the fifth one in time i always fail, cause by the time i get to the 4th one i don't have a lot of time left
What about legacy of void ray? Does it works?
I'm going to try and cheese this one on hard, using every dirty trick I can
Tried agian this time manged to get to 23:30 with 1 left so annoying you never know where your allies are going to strike next, so not fair
Good shit
I was short a couple.of sceonds
me too
and i'm here a fool doing it with just DT, shield and timestop

adepts do bonus to light and take up less unit space so more can be shooting at one time
Easier to recall more with the arbiter
