The guy doesn't speak English, but subtitles could have been provided. Even the guy kept telling him to translate to English so people would understand. Those were the times you heard him speak English during the interview.

This channel is one of the best English speaking Ghanaian TH-cam channel but the man being interviewed doesn’t speak English unfortunately that’s why we having this problem but close to end of the interview which he the interviewer struggled to speak the Ghanaian language, he tried summarizing all what they talked about getting to the end of the interview
