I stopped playing tennis and running, changed my diet to 7 meals a day, for supplements I bought protein, carbs, aminoacids, but the most important part I was consistent with my workouts and always pushing myself harder everyday. Good nutrition, time and dedication will lead you to your goals. I hope this helps!
