I really want to use that space, because in 5 marla house, I can't have a full fledge lawn so there is no enough practical utilization if that space left in front of the house... Ji your requirements are utmost important normally. Normally that space is given so that you don't directly enter into the room and doors are provided there. You can have option of using that space but then design it prudently
local Constructer always against DHL، tried n asked our ٹھیکیدار (Constructer) for it while making drawing، he was totally agaisnt n not willing to construct۔۔۔ lack of good Constructer in reasonable budget is hard to find
I want to keep it casual and natural . This is how i speak in normal day to day life. I will try to keep it in hindi though if given a choice but some words of english are used so frequently in our daily life that we all use it

The option is no fans. In any case you will have to cool it with the air cons. in summers
