Overall I really like my new ES6, a few frustration (the points you dislike don’t bother me) 1. No glove box 2. No pockets on the back of the front seats 3. No load cover supplied with the car (need to buy as an accessory) 4. Instruction manual has no information about driver screen being steering wheel, seems what is displayed can be changed but no idea how to change. 5. Forecast remaining range algorithm is useless, meaningless number than does not reflect reality.
Heating is fantastic tbh, haven’t had any problems with it, also has steering wheel heating , seat heating and ofc you can remotely turn it on or schedule when it should be on. Or even program it to automatically turn on when you enter the car
sure, but your comparison on the production standard, equipment, seat comfort, safety, etc. would be useful. We would also like to learn more about other NIO competitors such as Zeekr 001 and get your opinion. thanks
For long drive , left leg space is much needed. Also curve would force left leg in uncomfortable position and could not go well for long drive. Also door handle much needed to get in and get out of car for older people. They have to make these changes
I didn't find any problem with the space for the left leg, infact I have quite large feet and some cars the space is a little too small but the es6 is fine. It has handles in the back, its only the front that doesn't, maybe because of the slope of the roof on the es6.
I’ve had my ES6 nearly 3 weeks, also no issue with left leg space, at 1.88m (6’3”) tall with shoe size 47 (US 13) I find the seat area very spacious, even plenty of space behind my seat. What I find annoying is the drivers door mirror adjustment is insufficient, if the drivers seat is in pushed back the view in the door mirror show too much of the side of the car and not enough of the adjacent lane, the turn out adjustment is not enough for tall drivers.
Those light interior colors are ugly and dirt magnifiers. And regardless of what model, they all look the same. Need distinction from one model to the other, or eliminate models. A question, where's neutral (as in drive)?
I know this might sound stupid, but it genuinely might be the right time to buy NIO given how fearful people have been lately. Instead of FOMING, buy the company when it's down 50% since July.

Li auto uses gas, and Xpeng is much cheaper

Inside colour works just fine. You have Forward, Reverse and Park (less button on side of selector). No neutral as such.
There is neutral, it’s in the menu, you can put the car in tow mode (neutral)
