Which scale you are using in tanpura here? My daughter does riyaz regularly but sometimes she feel bored as she practices same thing . Can you suggest her some tips. It would be great.

Yes mam i did ,but mam when i go up to tar saptak a#4 without satying on them its easy but when i do holding notes in tar saptak it's becomes quite taxing and very uncomfortable sometimes i feel i am shouting when doing holding notes ,what to do regarding this mam ... thank you so much mam
