I never beat all of the games i had. i only beat Nebula Grey and Life Virus in memory but, i think i beat Gospel and Alpha though okay so it turns out that i did beat every game i had except for MMBN 6 that i don't have :( but i did beat all of the other bosses

Entered a creepy, maze-like hotel(1), and there was a rock concert after that(6). At the end, the last door left me on a church-like room with a giant pipe organ(2). Even I don't know how to link these situations together.

Proto is a prefix meaning first or earliest form. Alpha is the first letter, and is sometimes used to denote the beginning. I do agree though it is my favorite Battle Network boss. It just wanted to absorb everything. I know that feeling

Yeah, it's much better in English. In Japanese version Alpha's name was Proto. It was changed to avoid confusion with Proto Man.
