Great watch for new caravaners, one thing we did to our brand newy, and you'll see it in EVERY caravan facebook group, is gwt the Daytek Mini mk2 washing line from Bunnings and mount it over the fold out window section of the master bed. I went the extra step of putting some shock cord loops on the front of the frame, and the buttons on the floor section so when you fold the window section down you can loop it to the floor part so it doesn't then fall into the van when you fold it up.
That looks a LOT more confusing in written format than actually seeing it in person.

Great tips & tricks! Thanks! Don't reckon we'd ditch the A/C but will think about it. Helpful for when we eventually get a caravan for hubby's retirement. Then we're planning to stay in places other than caravan parks & off grid as much as possible, as my body reacts to chemicals/scents people use so I need to stay safe. Maybe you could do some vids about free/cheap places to park for each state (especially in South Australia) with comments about them if you stayed there?! I'd find that helpful. I should have written them down along the way of your travels. 🥰Blessings from South Australia💕🐨

the AC is great in caravan parks, but unless you have some good batteries and a system that will allow the power usage, we figured it wasn't worth it. Great idea! I'll put that on the list to do a video of our fav places - and yes, we'll do one for South Australia! :) thanks :)

@@margieandtim Thanks for info about AC & solar. I'm delighted that you'll do that! I'm sure you'll have lots of vid ideas to continue even after you get home... whenever that is! 💕🐨
