Love the vids man! I'm super bummed right now. Got the mountain bike converted with the mid drive bafang kit. Rode it literally 10 minutes before it went back in the shop to have back brakes fixed. There's a chance the frame might be defective! Fingers crossed that's not the case. Thanks for providing a fix til I get mine back... Hopefully soon! Starting to consider a Super73 RX! Are the kinks ironed out yet? No motor issues/noise? Please share thoughts if I should buy! Peace y'all!
Hey brother... I received mine in mid September and have been riding almost daily with no problem. I also have been in contact with SUPER73 and they have reassured me that if any problem were to persist with mine or anyone that has purchased one that they would handle the problem promptly. With the many people I have rode with the only person that I know had any motor issues was Dillon. Also Dillon has had his problem taken care of. So I guess the short answer is yes I believe for the most part they have worked out the kinks. I too was a little hesitant to order in the beginning because I had seen so people post problems online but then when you look at the number of people that didn’t have a problem and most of them didn’t post about it there was really very little concern. I hope that helps you in some way. Also last thing I heard was that they were able to ramp up production and that the wait times were going to start getting shorter. Please let me know if you have any more questions or concerns and I’ll try my best to get back to you. Feel free to use my link in the video to save $100 if you end up deciding to purchase.
