Let's just appreciate the fact that they are a good family. Running a farm the best way they can. And they care about their stock.

Like a “Far Side” comic. One cow says to the other, “He’s going to do WHAT? WHERE?”

I really like how you always take very good care of the floors in the cows living areas. Some milk farms are horrible at that and have lots of injuries and accidents because of it. Its nice to see how good you and your family, and workers all take good care of the cattle. Great video thank you for sharing. 😁👍🏻🐄

I was just going to make a similar comment. Eric really puts the animals first. He commented a while back the worst thing about dairy farming is when the animals get sick. That's says so much about him. Good dude that can dunk from the foul line...

Yeah, I agree with others, I haven't seen the burning off of hair on the cows utters before. Good job on the work shop clean-up and anchoring of the work bench, a solid one is real important. Thanks for sharing, have a nice week, stay safe!

Hey Eric - love your channel. Just FYI but use caution when securing that workbench to the floor & wall. If it's a standard pole barn build, then the concrete slab is a "floating slab" and shifts independently from the walls during frost heaving. It can create issues if the slab tries to heave but it's being held down due to being tied to the wall. This is why the floor is poured last in a pole barn build. Keep up the great video, really enjoy watching them!

@@lt1nut New Holland is building tractors that run on Methane and we now have federal funding. The drawback is that if a farm does not use liquid manure, then it may not be as practical. many farms here are 100% self-powered and even sell power to the electric company.
