They make these transformers way more complicated to transform then our classic vintage transformers and yes I had some transformers when they first came out back in the 1980s
I loved the 80s movies. They should’ve done an O-ring movie figure set with Arnold Schwarzenegger Van Damme Bruce Lee, Chuck Norris, Mr. T and the rest of the A-Team and a mash set for sure Sergeant slaughter Sylvester, Stallone, Dolph Ludon If that’s how you say his last name
And I will be getting a few vehicles for the contest draw as well and if I get the 6 for $100 there might be some from that lot I will give away as well as a few vehicles from my own collection I might be adding to give away. Sorry ran out of time so the video just cuts off
I always liked Soundwave, though I wasn't that big of a fan of the Thunder Machine. I still got that Cross-over anyway, mostly because of Zarana and Zartan, and Ravage.. oh and.. because it was Soundwave! I had an original Thunder Machine, I probably like it better than the this one in vehicle mode, but I love Soundwave in robot mode.
The OG transformer was way simpler to transform. Plus didn’t he also come with a bird cassette as well and I had a black ravage Plus the crossovers are way more expensive for the same amount of plastic. So huge rip off. That’s why I don’t like it as much. I can buy two or 3 vintage thunder machine for $100 USA but it costs us with shipping &190 so I could have bought 5 or 6 vintage ones for that price or 4 mint ones. lol 😂
@@JoePal-c3n oh I agree with you. However, this one, came with a new Zartan AND Zarana. I also got the Megatron HISS Tank.. mostly because the price dropped, and I wanted the Baroness figure. I keep that one in HISS Tank mode because it doesn't look good as Megatron. But with the Soundwave/Thunder Machine, Soundwave looks better as a robot. I never got the Bumble Bee, even though I wanted the Stalker figure, because it is now more expensive than Megatron.. and.. it should not be(e). 🤣
I didn't get enough time to talk about this, but I have a lot coming so I hope you let me know if you bought one or passed on it, I might have to carve out the inside of the Cobra Officers chest part so I can fit vintage arms in that body part since they change that as well, Clearly Hasbro does not get it that G.I.joe fans love to change parts or switch parts around
Hasbro really has screwed up. So at least Super 7 GI Joe figures look like the vintage figures. These ones Lenny designed have that 1982 feel just look at the arms. The shoulders look big and bulky like the vintage 82 figures. lol 😂 but nothing beats the classic rubber tires on the Thunder Machine
The super 7 ultimate snake eyes w/ timber is based on the first a real american hero sunbow mini series. I haven't bought any others since the vintage era. Yeah I tried to like this vehicle but ehh....😢
I just wish Hasbro cared about its GIJoe line and made action figures well and affordable and don’t tell me they can’t because I know they are made in poor countries so they make huge profits. Even if it says made in China it could be made else where. Plus they made the figures in Vietnam so there wages for the whole month are super cheap.
When I had the first version of soundwave he was easy to transform this one was a bit harder and it doesn’t seem to click into place. So I will have to try again. With they would have stayed true to the original colour

35 years later I just now realized the front of the thunder machine is a pontiac trans am
This vehicle always reminds me of mad max or an a team creation.
@@JoePal-c3n Yep. G.I. Joe got a lot of inspiration from popular movies in the 80s, Star Wars and Mad Max etc.

Vintage thunder machine is $40 to $70 Canadian so that’s like $50 USA dollars tops. lol

I bought them all too. lol but the baroness was not done as good as the vintage.
The awe striker with stalker is cheaper now so you should get it. It’s an awesome figure.
Super7 needs to make a 2 seater conquest fantastic

Cool!
I wish they would make is easier to transform then I might enjoy it. lol 😂
