Is there anything we should add on to this? And how many days a week should we do the workout?
This isn't actually a workout, it is specific exercises that you can add to your off-season training.

Yes, we definitely need to do more maintenance on our machine to get out there and play effectively. Glad you found this helpful. Stay out there!

Yes, all that yoga is probably keeping your shoulders and spine nice and mobile, but good idea to keep up with it. Good luck this season Adrian!
