    Is there anything we should add on to this? And how many days a week should we do the workout?

      This isn't actually a workout, it is specific exercises that you can add to your off-season training.

      Add them in as supplement exercises to your current off-ice program. Depending on the phase of the season, your age and your level of play, you will be in the gym 2-4 times per week.@@jackm649

      thank you. I am currently in my early off-season phase because we got knocked out of playoffs early.

    Super informative as usual, thanks from a 45yr old who is still trying to compete in net.....my hip I've compromised so now it's about quality mobility if a want to play.

    I'm happily in the spectrum of "I don't get it, why is this even a thing?" but I'ma gonna keep doing the wall slide 👊😎
    by the way my tourney season is just starting and as you know I'm on the ice goaltending about 8 sessions a week plus 4 as a goalie/assistant coach.

      Yes, all that yoga is probably keeping your shoulders and spine nice and mobile, but good idea to keep up with it. Good luck this season Adrian!
